La Pastasciutta In Ostuni

I went today with my girlfriend, we had a very good time. Nice waiter and gnocchi with burrata and tuna recommended! Optimal!

È un posto piccolissimo, solo con la cucina e i tavoli all'esterno. Si entra per ordinare, ci si porta le bibite fuori e i piatti vengono poi portati all'esterno, in piatti usa e getta sui tavoli apparecchiati con una tovaglietta. Il cibo non è male ma sono lenti, lentissimi. Quando ci siamo stati, per pranzo, c'erano 4 tavoli da servire, ci hanno messo circa 40 minuti a portarci 3 piatti di pasta. Uno servito in anticipo e gli altri due dopo circa 10 minuti. Ho chiesto altri tovaglioli, mai arrivati. Per questo tipo di servizio fanno pagare il coperto. Mah.

Locale in pieno centro ad Ostuni,ragazzi disponibili,seri e molto operativi,pasta servita in coppe di cartone,pratiche e porzioni tanto abbondandi quanto buone,davvero complimenti ai ragazzi x il loro lavoro e impegno…se la meritano turra la fortuna che gli auguro,Bravi ragazzi continuate cosi’👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🍝🇮🇹

Kind waiters, the carbonara was better than what you eat in Rome. Right portions and very welcoming place. I love it! Very touching 😊

The pasta was maybe the best I had in Italy and I had a lot of pasta…if you aren’t sure what you’re ordering just tell the chef what you want. He’s friendly and his hands are made of gold. I’m in Polignano right now on vacation and only have today left in Puglia and considering going there just for the pasta - don’t listen to the negative reviews. There’s no atmosphere except for ostuni town which is adorable…it’s a to go place; don’t expect anything fancy but trust me, the food is effing GOOD - I personally got a simple orrichiette with a spicy tomato sauce and parmesan cheese on top and it was crack I went backs he next day for more to take to the beach with me - did not disappoint t after being in the car over an hour in the to go container 😜

The food was good but portion sizes were very small for the price. Would have been better if the staff notified of the expected wait time because our food took an hour despite only half the tables being occupied

This place deserves a lot, we visited Ostuni today and even though we showed up late they welcomed us kindly and let us sit. Nice and kind staff, the chef should be rewarded!! Super good pastas

The portions vary but are kept rather small - €12 for the carbonara is a bit too expensive given the quantity. It tasted good, but some of the ham was over-fried and almost black. The waiting times are very long - you can easily plan more than 30 minutes or longer for an order. You have to order and pay in the restaurant, but the dishes and drinks are brought to the table.

Pasta was delicious. Ambiente, nice located, but food comes in Paperbowls and plastic cups....so overall quite lean experience.
