Ha superato l'aspettativa: avevo visto che servivano in contenitori di carta e volevo qualcosa alla mano. Abbiamo preso orecchiette con pomodoro, caciocavallo grattugiato, basilico e con cime di rapa e cozze. ECCELLENTI, porzioni abbondanti ( 150g ca) ma soprattutto preparati al momento, l'attesa (tempi di cottura) vale la pena.

Ragazzi bravi e gentilissimi. Paccheri con tartare di tonno, pomodorini e pesto di pistacchi semplicemente stupendi. Ottime anche le orecchiette classiche. Continuate così!

23/02/2026: Definitely the best restaurant I stumbled upon during my three-week road trip through Puglia. The service was discreet and efficient, the advice on choosing a local wine was perfect, and the traditional cuisine was delicious. A flawless experience at Taverna dei Domicani.
18/02/2026: Every year I go to Ceglie for about 10 days. For me, Taverna di Domenicani is the best place to enjoy authentic, quality Apulian cuisine. The ingredients are of the highest quality and always fresh. The catch is the catch of the day. The owner is a wonderful person and truly professional. The service is precise, attentive, and meticulous. The location is central, beneath Piazza del Plebiscito, the heart of Ceglie. It's easily accessible on foot. The restaurant is elegant and suitable for a romantic dinner or a dinner with friends. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful. For us, it's our regular meeting place in Ceglie.

18/01/2026: Everything was perfect, exquisite food thanks to the chef from Bari, very generous portions
04/01/2026: We went to New Year's Eve dinner. A total disappointment. First of all, we froze. The air conditioning where we were sitting wasn't working, the French window was broken, and the cold was coming in from outside. They tried to cover the holes with tablecloths to keep all that cold out. They even told us a technician was due to come and fix the air conditioning (at 9 pm). Shouldn't we have checked a little earlier? The waiters were excellent, and so were the singers. The food was nothing special. It's a shame it's in such a wonderful location!
