We ate on May 1st, quality fish with a fixed menu. Fresh food and well cooked. I will return to taste and choose other dishes.

It's the second time I've gone to this place, the first at the invitation of friends and I had a good time. I gladly returned and my expectations were not betrayed. Excellent food, fast service without excessive frills, excellent quality/price ratio. I ate a delicious seafood appetizer, gnocchi with scampi cream, and I tasted paccheri, calamaretti, cherry tomatoes and pecorino, mussel soute and fried prawns and calamari. To conclude, coconut and chocolate semifreddo. Ecstatic

I have frequented the "Paranza" for many years, since it was located in the old location. Afterwards, due to my cardiological health problems, I was no longer able to go to this delicious seafood restaurant to follow a strict hospital diet. Now that I am completely healed, I will start attending him again even though I live in the province of Viterbo. See you soon. Giuseppe Costanza

30/05/2025: My wife looked at reviews and felt we would give this a try and they also had food on there my daughter would give a go, the staff gave time to choose and didn’t feel rushed and felt welcome unlike Some restaurants we tried in Rome , and later in the evening the staff put a show of singing with wine and one member of staff gave a gladiator re enactment , fun and not imposing, would definitely recommend as the food was very nice and fresh
28/05/2025: We were so happy to be ableto eat at this restaurant. The staff was friendly, welcoming and making aure we felt relaxed. Then the food was amazing. When i come to Rome i will revisit this restaurant again for their great food

21/05/2025: We were looking for a place to have a quick lunch on a Monday and, encouraged by the positive reviews, we can only confirm them. We immediately felt at ease and, having ordered two plates of pasta with truffles (with a side of chicory), we appreciated the impeccable preparation. Adequately generous portions, more than friendly service, a reassuring, positive atmosphere and, above all, far from restaurants aimed at a "tourist" clientele. Honest prices. The rush prevented us from evaluating the dessert proposals.
15/05/2025: Off the beaten path, you must try this quaint, authentic little Roman ristorante. First courses were unique and tasty. Pasta dishes, mine homemade pasta, were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Along with dessert, molto bene! Do not skip the Chianti. Evo Hosteria was a memorable experience for our first visit to Rome.
