From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and chic décor set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The highlight, of course, is their incredible mozzarella. The freshness and flavor of the mozzarella di bufala are unparalleled—each bite melts in your mouth and leaves you craving more. The menu is thoughtfully curated, offering a range of delicious dishes that perfectly complement the star ingredient. I loved their pasta and variety of dishes on the menu. The pairing suggestions for wines and cocktails were spot on, enhancing the flavors of every dish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. They took the time to explain the menu and provide excellent recommendations, making the experience even more enjoyable. Located in the heart of Florence, it’s a perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. Whether you’re dining with friends, family, or on your own, Obicà Mozzarella Bar offers an exceptional culinary experience. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Five stars all the way!
