We stopped by chance to eat at La Panarda restaurant and were very satisfied.
The dishes were delicious and the owner was kind and friendly.

We came in by chance, without reading the reviews but with a craving for meat. We trusted the very young but truly sweet and kind waitress... she gave us a Florentine steak that weighed over 1 kg and 3 really good side dishes, especially chicory and turnip tops. Then I got a craving for Japanese whisky and we had fun tasting two different types with the help of the other waiter... recommended restaurant, reasonable prices, very good quality. It's a shame the napkins weren't made of cloth, the water wasn't bottled, and especially the QR code menu... See you soon!!! Ps: The furnishings are really well-kept and the bathroom is very nice.

A one-of-a-kind restaurant, it manages to be contemporary and traditional, carefully selected
raw ingredients,
the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms are amazing, you can taste their freshness.
Great attention to wine...
Fair prices, worth mentioning: a local menu for just €30.

Before discovering the historical wonders of the Rocca Abbaziale di Subiaco, I had the pleasure of lunch in a truly welcoming and meticulously crafted restaurant. The recently renovated restaurant immediately strikes you with its warm and thoughtfully designed atmosphere, complete with a tastefully designed mezzanine.
The menu offers expertly prepared traditional dishes: we sampled excellent pork chops and a truly exquisitely executed stuffed rabbit, both accompanied by flavorful baked potatoes. To round out the meal, side dishes of chicory and broccoli, simple yet perfect for enhancing the main flavors. A pleasant, authentic, and successful experience. Congratulations!

Excellent value for money. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the coffee. We skipped dessert because we were full! The staff was very cheerful and friendly. The atmosphere was well-kept and welcoming. Highly recommended.
