We stopped at this restaurant for lunch and absolutely recommend it! The service is incredibly kind and the dishes are all delicious with high quality products! Very fair price and selection of wines made with care and attention! Vote ten!

We were immediately struck by the very welcoming and elegant environment at the same time, perfect spaces with everything visible even on the upper part of the restaurant, from which you could see the tables below and the kitchen where you could glimpse the chef preparing the courses. The food and its quality were truly excellent: we had a starter of venison carpaccio, bruschetta with provolone and truffle and a focaccia with creamy cheese and sausage; as first courses tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and cannelloni; as a second course, a dish of pork chops and potatoes; as side dishes a portion of black cabbage and potatoes and a portion of turnip greens. Everything was very good, both in appearance and in flavour: the eye also played its part, given the quality of the environment... The courses with truffles were truly excellent and the carpaccio also particularly impressed us, with its spicy notes and sour flavour. Truly excellent quality of service and very warm courtesy and attention from the staff, we felt truly pampered during our weekend in Subiaco. Surely, for our next stops, we will consider the possibility of stopping again. Truly highly recommended

We came to eat last night because we were in the surrounding areas and curious about this place. In addition to the fact that we ate really well, we were impressed by the education and service offered to us by the guy in the dining room... (now something not to be taken for granted) We will definitely be back!!!

I had the pleasure of having lunch on a public holiday, with my friends, in this fantastic restaurant/trattoria... the place is well furnished and with attention to detail. Welcoming and elegant environment, but at the same time spacious and bright. The menu offers a refined selection of dishes, with fresh and well-presented ingredients. All very good!!!! Friendly and smiling staff…. Really satisfied, thank you!!!

We were welcomed by a very nice owner where he immediately recommended us to the waiter Emanuele, a recommendation in vain as the waiter, between kindness and professionalism, exceeded all expectations. Chef Giovanni is no exception, coming to the table to dedicate 2 minutes to us. The quality of the food was excellent, an explosion of flavours... top quality for the price! Lunch for four, exquisite food with top quality products, beautiful place with attention to the smallest details, the boy who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable, we were passing through, but if I were to return to those parts, we will definitely be back! Super recommended!
