I went to dinner at this lovely restaurant on a Sunday evening with my boyfriend. Starting with the service, I can say it was quick and impeccable; the staff are super friendly, and you can sense their expertise when they explain a dish. We ordered cured meats, handcrafted by them, and they were so good we asked for more, especially since they came with their own bread, which enhanced the flavor. As for the meat, since we're not great experts, we let ourselves be guided and thoroughly enjoyed the cut we were served: juicy and tender, served with amazing baked potatoes. The desserts are the icing on the cake... I recommend Roberta's tiramisu, truly exceptional! To sum up, we found a welcoming place that makes you feel at home, but also lets you eat things you'd never be able to replicate at home. Highly recommended, and I hope the Panacea staff gets all the luck they deserve! 😊

Dinner with friends. A casual, clean, and welcoming place. The owner is very knowledgeable about the cuts of meat. The menu is full of traditional Tuscan dishes, all perfectly executed with top-quality ingredients. The meats are the highlight, all top-quality, blended and cooked with great skill. Excellent value for money. Definitely an experience worth repeating. Personally, I want to compliment the entire staff; they make you feel at home.

During a business trip, I visited this steakhouse because some of my colleagues highly recommended it. I must say, the recommendation was beyond genuine! Gabriele and the entire staff welcomed me in a genuine and fun way, with great professionalism and initiative. The first time I came here, I was recommended an incredible Jersey steak; with a nice red wine, it was truly an evening to remember. To confirm my initial success, I returned. 1 kg of Angus beef, a few spring onions, and a glass of red. To finish, biscotti and Vin Santo. A culinary experience worth trying and repeating every time you come to Pisa. Not surprisingly, the place was completely packed! Great job, highly recommended!

A mani basse il miglior ristorante a Pisa e dintorni dove assaporare carni di qualsiasi tipo. La fa da padrone l'esperienza e la passione del team e di Carlo, il proprietario, nel creare prelibatezze a base di carne. Accoglienza favolosa da tutto lo staff e ottima location, un po' fuori dal centro di Pisa ma comodo da raggiungere. Ci siamo fatti consigliare da Carlo che ci ha proposto gnudi al ragù fatti in casa e due bistecche con contorno di patate. Ogni piatto ha superato le nostre aspettative: il ragù più buono che abbia mai mangiato e le due bistecche, una valdostana e una sashi super. Crostatina di cioccolato e lamponi fatta in casa spaziale. Consigliatissimo!

Posto stupendo. Carne di qualità eccezionale e proprietario simpaticissimo e accogliente. Un grande ringraziamento a tutto il personale per averci fatto sentire come a casa. Abbiamo mangiato nella veranda elegante e molto accogliente. Una vera chicca
