Sometimes we also go on a trip and it's nice to end up almost by chance in local places like this. What can I say... excellent meat, attentive service and some local gems that we really appreciated. Fantastic dinner to say the least.
It was me and my girlfriend, and we tasted two starters: a trio of tartare and a platter with carpaccio and very refined cured meats.
Afterwards we asked the owner for advice who explained the various characteristics of the breeds, bringing the meat directly to the table.
The desserts are also excellent and special
Truly unique experience, if you want to eat quality and refined products, Panacea is the best place.

Bella esperienza servizio gentile e accorto. Tartare e bistecca sublime Torneremo sicuramente ma … unica cosa che non ho capito tra i salumi e’ stato servito Prosciutto s. Daniele, apprezzato ma avrei preferito un buon prosciutto toscano Con i sapori forti dei salumi sarebbe stato top ‘ Buona e onesta la carta dei vini ! Bravi

L'entusiasmo del titolare che prepara personalmente l'ottimo pane dà già l'idea della cura dei particolari. La qualità delle materie prime si apprezza in tutte le portate. Ottimi gli gnudi. Ampia la scelta di carni alla brace presentate dall'altrettanto entusiasta figlio del titolare. Abbiamo preso una eccellente wagyu accompagnata da ottime patate arrosto (da non perdere anche le cipolline borettane). Merita tenere un posticino anche per il dessert e per l'amaro (preparato dal figlio!).
