We were there this evening for my partner's birthday, we couldn't have made a better choice... .let's start with the kindness, friendliness, love for their work, presentation of the products of the owners, father and son, very kind and helpful also the waiter. Let's move on to the products, mamma mia!!! excellent quality from the meat to the side dishes, to the bread made by them, to the house wine, of excellent quality, to be such, to the desserts and the bitter always made by them!! A beautiful experience on all levels, human, sensorial, taste, genuineness.....we come from Rome, but we will return with real pleasure. Thank you for everything!!

I reached some friends who told me about this restaurant, as soon as I entered for the first time I received a welcome that seemed like I had returned to visit an old friend ... Excellent welcome Excellent food and what can I say about the top service ... 5 stars are not enough!

Great experience, first a raw fish presented impeccably, then a Florentine steak also delicious, recommended with knowledge of meats. There was no shortage of explanation of the dishes by Carlo with entertainment and laughter (service done with passion and attention to detail). Red wine is a must with a wide selection. We ate on the well-ventilated outdoor terrace having ceiling fans, beautiful decor too. Definitely worth trying.

The best meat I've tasted in Pisa.

Tonight’s dinner was definitely something special. Everything about this place was amazing. I have been to Michelin star restaurants, and this place should have a Michelin star for sure!!! Gabriele and his father are so sweet and run an amazing business together. The steak that I had which was from Italy was the best non-Wagyu steak that I’ve ever had. I have been to Japan and had Kobe steak and eat lots of Wagyu back home in the US. If you are in Pisa and want an unforgettable meal with great service, you have to come here, it is so worth it. They have an unforgettable liquor to finish at the end. Ask for their home drink at the end. I wish I could buy a bottle to bring home. THIS PLACE IS A MUST if you want a steak. Also, the zucchini was some of the best I have ever had. If you’re someone that likes the zucchini, definitely get that as well. It was so different, so flavorful and aromatic. I will come back to Pisa just for this restaurant!!!

dopo tanto tempo sono tornato alla Panacea, in occasione di un viaggio; anche questa volta le aspettative sono state ampiamente ripagate... ero da solo e mi hanno portato un tagliere misto, nel senso che c'erano dentro formaggi, salumi fatti da loro, tartare di carne e anche delle carni salate e fatte a carpaccio... tutto ottimo così come il pane, infatti ne ho mangiato due cestini...! poi mi hanno portato la carne, cotta nel forno a legna... spettacolare... siccome ero indeciso su quale carne scegliere (nei frigoriferi di frollatura ce ne sono una ventina di qualità diverse) mi hanno portato due tagli diversi... sinceramente non ricordo il nome, ma i due tipi di carne erano una meglio dell'altra...!!! e poi il vino... sempre perchè ero indeciso, e non essendo un grandissimo intenditore di etichette particolari, mi sono fatto portare il "semplice" vino della casa... altro che semplice, non so chi glielo produce ma è un vino ottimo che non ha nulla da invidiare ai vini titolati...!!! confermo il giudizio positivo e consiglio vivamente questo posto...!

Siamo stati a cena giovedì scorso io e mia moglie. Non avevamo prenotato, ma ci hanno accolto e subito dato un tavolo. Non conoscevo il locale, trovato tramite TripAdvisor. Abbiamo preso una guancia di maiale mia moglie ed io una fiorentina . Entrambi i piatti erano perfetti, la guancia morbidissima. La carne che dire….uno spettacolo. A pensarci mi viene di nuovo l’acquolina in bocca. Posso solo dire, peccato che abito ad Agrigento, sennò ci sarei tornato anche questa sera. Complimenti.
