Great food, great service by people who obviously have a love for food themselves and who wish to share this with their customers. The T bone steak my wife and I shared was perfectly cooked. Very good value for money. We went for local beef and local wine. Superb!

For those who love meat, and not just the simple supermarket steak, this is the perfect place. Many cuts of various types, but also cold cuts, cheeses and many other homemade delicacies. The prices are normal compared to the quality and the staff with their kindness and empathy makes everything more familiar.

dopo tanto tempo sono tornato alla Panacea, in occasione di un viaggio; anche questa volta le aspettative sono state ampiamente ripagate... ero da solo e mi hanno portato un tagliere misto, nel senso che c'erano dentro formaggi, salumi fatti da loro, tartare di carne e anche delle carni salate e fatte a carpaccio... tutto ottimo così come il pane, infatti ne ho mangiato due cestini...! poi mi hanno portato la carne, cotta nel forno a legna... spettacolare... siccome ero indeciso su quale carne scegliere (nei frigoriferi di frollatura ce ne sono una ventina di qualità diverse) mi hanno portato due tagli diversi... sinceramente non ricordo il nome, ma i due tipi di carne erano una meglio dell'altra...!!! e poi il vino... sempre perchè ero indeciso, e non essendo un grandissimo intenditore di etichette particolari, mi sono fatto portare il "semplice" vino della casa... altro che semplice, non so chi glielo produce ma è un vino ottimo che non ha nulla da invidiare ai vini titolati...!!! confermo il giudizio positivo e consiglio vivamente questo posto...!

Siamo stati a cena giovedì scorso io e mia moglie. Non avevamo prenotato, ma ci hanno accolto e subito dato un tavolo. Non conoscevo il locale, trovato tramite TripAdvisor. Abbiamo preso una guancia di maiale mia moglie ed io una fiorentina . Entrambi i piatti erano perfetti, la guancia morbidissima. La carne che dire….uno spettacolo. A pensarci mi viene di nuovo l’acquolina in bocca. Posso solo dire, peccato che abito ad Agrigento, sennò ci sarei tornato anche questa sera. Complimenti.
