...passing by for a pilgrimage, what can I say: we were treated wonderfully!!! We arrived at 4:30 pm with the chef just turning off the kitchen lights...excellent food, good service, no frills (bucatini all'amatriciana, tripe truly sublime)...the owner was very friendly...in a word, "essential"....I highly recommend it. Greetings to the whole crew.

Umbrichelli with wild boar ragù and tripe from Eugubina were sensational! We will definitely be back! Wonderful service and the owners were really kind and ready to explain everything to you.

30/04/2025: Un ristorante che ha apertamente dichiarato la sua posizione al riguardo della fame nel mondo. No, no, no e poi no. Infatti non ti fanno uscire se hai ancora fame. Il fatto è che tutto è maledettamente buono, oltre che abbondante. Valutate solo bene cosa ordinare perché ogni porzione vale per tre.
11/03/2025: In viaggio verso Orvieto ci siamo fermati per pranzo a Fabro viste la buone recensioni del locale- Dotato di un bel parcheggio. Abbiamo mangiato degli ottimi crostine e una buonissima grigliata di carne mista- Da consigliare

Pizzeria Ristorante Onda Verde

09/08/2025: Excellent pizza and spaghetti carbonara. Fast and friendly service. Free parking nearby. Large pool with umbrella and lounge chair rentals.
29/07/2025: The pizza was delicious, and the poolside seating was nice. The first time I dined, however, I had to wait almost an hour, and there weren't many people. Everything was fine the second time.
