I think this place is overrated. Obviously the location and the views beat it all, this place is unique. Prices are high but that’s completely fine for this location. Service is questionable: hostess is rude and arrogant, waiter was very nice, with perfect English, but we barely saw him - had to wait each time looking over empty dishes… we had amazing non-alcoholic watermelon cocktails and once asked to repeat, got apple ones (not great) and a comment « but it’s non-alcoholic, like you’ve ordered! » - so people not drinking alcohol don’t care? Overall, they could improve the service and maybe replace the cheap plastic chairs. Won’t come again, but will recommend for a memorable night with a a view.

From all the tables you can have a complete view of the sea. Kindness and professionalism welcome you straight away, with a menu that is perhaps a little smaller as it is a Monday in mid-October but of absolute quality which is accompanied by an excellent list of wines.

We were at Paillotte on a rainy, unusually cool evening. The restaurant was redesigned accordingly, so that we didn't miss anything in terms of feeling of well-being. The food, especially the pasta dishes, were excellent. The service was pleasant. We'll be back!

Location suggestiva in una caletta ben illuminata ed ambientata. Piatti curati con un occhio di riguardo agli ingredienti locali. Ho mangiato un gaspacho di fragole con tartare di ricciola e caprino davvero buono. Tataki di tonno con pomodori di varie tipologie freschissimo. La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più il dessert di gelato di latte di capra con un pane dolce morbidissimo di basilico, marmellata di pomodori e crumble di mandorle, accostanto davvero azzeccato nei gusti, colori e consistenze. Bravi!
Unica pecca il pane, spiace dirlo ma era vecchio e cadere sul pane davvero non è concepibile al giorno d’oggi.
Servizio veloce e cortese. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sulla vernaccia spumantizzata metodo classico. Speso 80 euro a persona
