Centrally located but with the possibility of parking in the area.
Two rather dated internal rooms but excellently maintained and cared for. Restaurant with the possibility of pizza, offering a simple local menu.
Excellent raw material well packaged. Good range of wines. Staff at the tables prompt and courteous.
Good bill compared to the menu.

I had dinner for the first time in the summer of 2017 at Nuova Trattoria, appreciating the extensive and refined seafood cuisine.
I returned last July and had a welcome confirmation of the culinary quality of the place.

The food is genuine, classic southern Sardinian cuisine with fresh raw materials. The perfect mixed fry. The service deserves 5 stars for the professionalism in plating, cleaning and serving the fish, changing cutlery, tablecloth and cloth napkins. The environment is a little too classic

It's worth driving here from Pula to eat. The trattoria is full of locals and as a result the food is down-to-earth, tasty, plentiful and it's not a tourist rip-off. The price-performance ratio is good, €2.50 Coperta is completely fine. We paid €50 for water, wine, 2 x antipasti and 2 x pizza. Be sure to order a regular pizza, the Gigante is almost twice as big as the one in the photo. If possible, reserve a table or be there at 7:30 p.m. It was fully booked and pizzas were still being sent out every minute. We were able to watch the “pizza kitchen” well. There the three of them worked piecework. Everything was super organized and very clean. I would eat there again at any time.

Environment equipped with very large rooms, waiter really kind and super helpful with any questions. I have celiac disease and his preparation and availability were truly a pleasure!! I opted for the mixed starters which consist of 8 courses and since two of them contained gluten, he separated them for me and obviously warned me that I couldn't eat them. Afterwards I ordered some really delicious gluten-free fried calamari! Never eaten fried calamari with such good breading. To conclude, they had a panna cotta or creme brulee available for dessert, I opted for the latter and I can say it was the best I had ever eaten. Not to mention the quality of the fish, while we were eating we saw some huge and really beautiful pizzas passing by!! They can't make gluten-free pizza but the waiter explained to me while we were talking that they prefer not to risk contamination since they would have to have another oven and unfortunately it is not easy to restore a place that is more than 50 years old, this makes them even more attentive to the customer . Dopo aver sentito parlare di questo ristorante più conosciuto da chi abita nel paese come "da nietta". Rientrando da una commissione a Cagliari ci siamo fermati.
Ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e sorrisi, accompagnati al tavolo abbiamo fatto l'ordine preso un' antipasto misto di pesce, a seguire una porzione di seppia ed una di calamari entrambi alla griglia. Che dire? Tutto il pesce a dir poco delicato quanto gustoso di una freschezza da sembrare appena issato nel peschereccio,il classico contorno di patatine fritte. Di dolce ho scelto una pizza ai fiori di zucca e noci (goloso di quest' ultima). Enorme e ben farcita oltre che cotta e da un'impasto leggerissimo. Il personale sempre presente mah discreto attento ad ogni cenno si pongono sempre con sorriso e professionalità nonché simpatia. Tempi giusti in tutto benché le sale piene.
Ci ritorneremo volentieri e stra consiglio i loro piatti di pesce.
Il bere hanno un vino bianco leggermente dolcino adatto secondo me a tutte le portate.
