I really like their pizza! Dough and seasonings. Especially the caprese because they make it just the way I like it. Red base, mayonnaise and sliced ​​tomato. It's unlikely that they do it like this elsewhere. Unfortunately this evening I won't leave 5 * because we ordered 3 takeaway pizzas, and when taking them to the car a mixture of oil/water began to fall from the boxes; I also got my clothes and shoes dirty. In fact, when we got home the pizzas were too wet! Maybe pay more attention and remove the ingredients WELL first, to avoid eating baby food!

During my weekend in Foligno I had dinner in this place in the center of the city, on the advice of my hotelier. The place is new, furnished a little minimally, on the menu there is a wide choice of pizza and little choice of sandwiches, which are always accompanied by chips and drinks, both included in the "sandwich menu". The quality of the sandwich dough, handcrafted by the local chef, and the choice of burger cut of meat is truly excellent. Compliments! Definitely coming back!
