Superlative experience at Nuova Pergoletta! I dined at this restaurant and was truly impressed by the quality of the dishes and the attention to every detail. The tagliolini allo scoglio were simply spectacular: authentic flavors, quality ingredients, and perfectly cooked. The dessert, a berry panna cotta, was also a delight—creamy, balanced, and beautiful to look at. Sincere compliments to the Chef, who truly knows how to elevate Italian cuisine, and to all the staff, always kind, smiling, and attentive.
