I'll be back! As soon as I get back to Rome, I have to try all the dishes I missed on Saturday. Delicious cacio e pepe, spectacular vegetables, unbeatable desserts, and for those coming from Pavia, that wholesome, warm Roman atmosphere that stays with you even afterward!!!

05/03/2026: A typical Roman fraschetta serving traditional Roman dishes. The cured meat appetizers are delicious, with a special mention for the porchetta, flavorful and well-balanced. The arrosticini are also excellent, grilled, fragrant, and flavorful. The bucatini and artichokes are average.
