Norma at Fleming is a guarantee. Sicilian cuisine with a few variations that aren't always spot on. Caponata with a twist, not exactly traditional, but still good. They call it Trapani-style couscous, I say it their way. It's the first time they've served it with clams and scampi. A failed gamble, a shame. Cassata deserves applause. In conclusion, good, but not great.

29/01/2026: Knowing how critical I am when I go to a restaurant, this is the first time I've found a restaurant of this caliber that serves generous, unique dishes with excellent service and a welcome that's rare to forget...we'll be back as soon as possible. 23/01/2026: I had: -Pasta with sardines -Caponata -Turbot with potatoes -Cassata Let's start with the first course: my first time. Excellent dish, I appreciated the combination of pine nuts and raisins. For those like me who love fish like sardines, anchovies, and octopus, it's a must-try. The caponata was very well made, sure; the dish is simple, but the flavors were perfectly blended. The table was disappointed with the turbot, however, which was rather chewy. The potatoes on the side weren't the best either. I'll finish with the cassata, which was really, really good! But as for desserts, we know; Sicilians are the best in Italy. The staff was also very friendly.
