Amazing service and meal! We ordered a porchetta sandwich and it was very good!

I will dream about the Porchetta here until I die. I tried it during a walking food tour (shoutout to Flavia) and then the next morning rode a bike back here for a full sandwich. The meat is so flavorful, juicy and tender. Tell the owner it’s perfect and he will smile and just say “I know” :) go here and do your tastebuds a favor.

Today I went there for a food tour with some customers. Everything is truly delicious. Particular mention of the porchetta, special! They are very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Visited here initially on a food tour where we got a small taste of the porchetta which was so yummy that we knew we had to come back to get the full sandwich. When I say that the porchetta sandwich is one of the best things I have ever tasted, it almost feels like an under exaggeration. Just meat and bread but it is SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT. The flavors are exquisite, the bread perfectly matches the meat, and it all comes together into one of the best food experiences I have ever had. For just 5 euro you get more than a sandwich… you get one of the best things you will ever have in the city and will be immensely sad when you taste anything else. 11111111110/10, please go here. The porchetta was the best I have EVER had, and the staff was so fun. A great place to go any time of the day. Everything was amazing.

Super friendly staff in a very nice norcineria which seemed primarily frequented by locals. Very reasonable prices compared to others I looked at. They happily vacuum packed some very tasty looking guanciale for me. Would definitely go back again.

When you leave the tourist trails and are looking for a simple snack, then I highly recommend the panino from this ancient little Roman butcher/charcuterie/cheese shop. The quality is there with very friendly service and prices that are more than affordable for the "capital" and traditional other suggestions offered elsewhere in the neighborhood. To do without hesitation.
