If you're looking for a view and gourmet food, this is the place. One of the best views of the Sassis, gourmet food well done. You can tell a lot of dedication goes into each dish, everything exquisite. The fish dish lacked a little something (salt, acidity, or freshness), but I still enjoyed it. The limoncello was delicious and well served. I would definitely return!

A unique restaurant, offering an experience that goes far beyond excellent cuisine. The breathtaking view of Matera creates a captivating and unforgettable atmosphere. The dishes, both traditional and creative, showcase meticulous attention to detail in the selection of ingredients and presentation, surprising in their flavor and originality. The welcome is impeccable: the hostess, with great professionalism and kindness, offers the best recommendations and caters to every guest's needs. At the end of the dinner, the chef was kind enough to personally introduce himself to us to gather feedback and ensure everything was to our liking.

Can't say enough good things about our dining experience. Vito is a hugely talented chef, and every dish we had was cooked to perfection. The effort that's been put into creating a unique menu that showcases local flavours is clear. As well, our servers were friendly, attentive and gave us great recommendations for wine from the region. Thanks again to all the team!

In my experience, I've always thought that restaurants with great views tend to skimp on the food, no matter how good the reviews. However, this restaurant was different. Every dish on the menu was filled with creative ideas to please both the eyes and the palate, and the wine selection was clearly reflective of expert knowledge and professionalism. I stayed in Matera for three days, and this was clearly the best restaurant by far. Reservations are essential. The staff were all friendly from start to finish, and I was so happy to meet the chef at the end. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience at Matera!

Alla nostra veneranda età possiamo dire che fin'ora, non avevamo mai mangiato in un Ristorante Gourmet. Beh, questa è stata la prima volta ma, col plus di sentirci come a casa, perché coccolati dai proprietari e dallo Chef. Abbiamo assaggiato pietanze preparate con una tecnica, professionalità, passione ma, sopratutto, QUALITÀ DELLA MATRRIA PRIMA, che mai abbiamo riscontrato altrove. Prezzo più che equilibrato. Se volete andare un pò oltre la 🍕 e ricordare di aver assaporato qualcosa di unico.Andareci.A...wyasi dimenticavo, abbiamo scelto questo Ristorante perché gode di una vista MOZZSFIATO sui Sassi!Che altro dire?Buon appetito!

Esperienza positiva in questa struttura nel cuore dei sassi di Matera. Qualità eccellente dei prodotti proposti in maniera davvero particolare (buonissima la pancia di maiale)
