Excellent restaurant inside the stones of Matera, even the interior of the restaurant is very typical and refers to the stones.
The food is well thought out and very good, with traditional and typical local dishes, or revisited in their own way.
They were also very kind in serving us and the bread basket was refilled every time it was emptied!

The restaurant is very elegant, in a stone, truly particular. The food is delicious and the staff was really nice and very fast. It was recommended to me by a friend who spoke highly of it but it still exceeded my expectations.

Undeniably the most beautiful view of Matera where “No Time to Die”.
A charming waiter in a bow tie gives us the pleasure of speaking French.
The menu is full of promises that are kept: the pork cooked for more than 20 hours is as tender as a dessert.
A nice wine and even beer list for wine lovers.
A quick tour of the tables from the chef and we are conquered.

We went to this restaurant on Saturday evening. Found it with a Google search as I wasn't local.
Elegant and at the same time welcoming restaurant. Excellent welcome also from the dining room staff, ready to satisfy every need with a smile. First to be left speechless! Dream seconds and then finishing with delicious desserts!
The young and friendly chef chatted with us at the end of the evening.
Sure, lucky to find you and I'll be back soon! Absolutely worth trying! Highly recommended :-)

Small restaurant in the Barisano stone. We waited, with a reservation, for about half an hour to sit at the table and, although I can understand that people don't want to get up, the dining room staff must make certain customers understand that they cannot mistake a restaurant for a lounge. Good and also elaborate dishes, which try to go beyond tradition. A steep bill if I consider the service, a discount was enough.

Excellent restaurant with a fantastic view of the Sassi of Matera.
Impeccable and present service. Well prepared dishes with top quality ingredients: delicious troccoli and broad bean and chicory cream.
