La Nicchia Cafe In Roma

The entire crew at La Nicchia went out of their way to explain the details for an enriched experience. The other participants in our class were great to meet and share this experience with as well! This experience lasted for four hours and was worth every minute.

The food is amazing but the knowledge and attention to details on the products they sell are fantastic.

Took a pasta making class and began the class there. We had antipasti and the owner went in depth on the food. Very knowledgeable and helpful!

First ate here on a Food Tour and then returned another time I was in Rome. It is a “must do” the next time I am in Rome. Plan to make a reservation for pranzo as soon as my plane lands. The food is excellent. On top of it all, one of the women we who work there actually remembered me and could tell me what we had spoken about. A wonderful experience!

We came here as part of The Roman Food Tour. It was an absolute culinary delight. Guided by the wonderful Chiara, we were treated to a remarkable showcase of Italian flavors. Starting with the freshest buffalo mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes, we embarked on a journey that included the finest bruschette with various pestos, drizzled with Ligurian olive oil and accompanied by Prosecco Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. The experience continued with a 30-year-old balsamic vinegar drizzled over 36-month Parmigiano Reggiano, followed by black truffle pate spread over Caciotta cheese, Filettuccio al Barolo, Prosciutto di Parma, and exquisite bruschetta with Parmigiano and truffle cream. The white truffle-infused honey was a true highlight, paired perfectly with Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC wine.
