La Nicchia is a restaurant where Apulian culinary tradition and courtesy come together. The mixed seafood appetizers and first courses are excellent. The second courses are no exception. Adequate prices. Compliments!!!!

Location centrale; arredo tradizionale da tipica trattoria. Servizio rapido, assai cortese ed efficiente. Dopo un'entrée di bruschetta, ciliegine di mozzarella e piccoli fritti, si comincia con uno spaghetto allo scoglio ed un "riso, patate e cozze". Veramente notevoli ma soprattutto genuini. Segue un assaggino di risotto ai frutti di mare: ottimo. Per secondo un'ombrina di mare e due belle triglie al forno con olive e pomodorini: semplicemente squisito. Chiudiamo con composta di frutta, sorbetto al limone e caffè. Minerale frizzante e rosato della casa. TUTTO MOLTO BUONO. Rapporto qualità / prezzo eccellente. Possibile anche asporto prenotando la mattina. Complimenti !

20/07/2024: En el puerto de Trani encontraréis esta trattoria y pizzeria que no aspira a nada sinó a ofrecer unas mesas muy mediterráneas, en el puerto viejo, bajo las estrellas con vistas inmejorables. Mesas y sillas tradicionales, italianas, manteles típicos, ningún lujo. Buen ambiente familiar. Servicio muy amable, rápido y atento. Comida de la región, entremeses vegetarianos muy interesantes, pasta, pizza, pescado y marisco, sin pretensiones, pero bien cocinada, abundante y a muy buen precio. Relación calidad - precio excelente. Postres caseros, buen vino y cerveza muy fría, aunque solo hay una marca. Parece ser la tónica de todos los restaurantes en esta ciudad. Si volvemos a Trani será de nuevo nuestro restaurante en la ciudad.
13/07/2024: In front of the small port of Trani. Yes he eats very well. We had an appetizer of marinated anchovies, two sea bass in a potato crust, stuffed cuttlefish and a seafood first course, side dishes and sorbet. All delicious. Friendly staff. Average prices.
