A few comments on the service, and if I really have to be picky, I'd suggest better detergent choices: we arrived a little early, and there was still an unpleasant smell of low-quality floor cleaner. I know I'm being picky, but I'm mentioning it in a constructive spirit, as the place deserves it. However, this aspect is also noteworthy, as it overpowered the aroma of the pasta dishes (which, to be fair, went away).

Even after years, chef Marco remains true to his name; this remains the best restaurant in Ivrea. We ate à la carte, a mix of appetizers, risotto, and dessert. Everything was excellent and beautifully presented, with a glass of wine and water for €53, which was worth every penny. The only flaw is perhaps that the selection is a bit limited, but that's OK... It's easier to decide.

Passing through Ivrea, with many businesses closed for the Ferragosto holiday, we stumbled upon La Mugnaia by chance. We hadn't booked, but they arranged a table for four for dinner. It was a pleasant and satisfying discovery. The dishes are excellent and beautiful to look at; innovative and meticulously prepared with carefully chosen ingredients. The wine selection is excellent, pairing beautifully with the dishes, and the service is attentive and attentive. The quality-price ratio is more than fair. A place I recommend and would gladly return to, if it weren't so far from Friuli.

A very charming place, both for its setting in an old building with small balconies for outdoor dining, and for the well-prepared dishes and attentive service. Also recommended as a stop on your way to or from the Aosta Valley.

Cena gradevole con una coppia di amici in questo ristorantino nel centro storico di Ivrea.Pochi piatti alla carta e tre menù: ne abbiamo scelti tre a base di pesce e uno a base di carne. Sapori ben bilanciati ,presentazioni classiche. La carta dei vini presenta case poco conosciute,ma il nostro Arneis era di buona qualità .Rapporto qualità/prezzo corretto.

Everything was perfect, thanks to the wonderful and very kind Barbara, Davide and Bruna and all their staff.. you were wonderful 💖 to absolutely keep in mind for any special occasion! 15/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding on Saturday, September 13, 2025. The location was stunning, elegant, and refined, managed by highly competent staff, including the owner, Barbara, and the venue's wedding planner, Bruna. It was a wonderful wedding, starting with the ceremony in their park where we celebrated our symbolic wedding ceremony. The decor was stunning, and the food was excellent, from the aperitif to the personalized menu and the wedding cake, which was absolutely delicious! The waiters were truly attentive, thoughtful, and polite, and to make sure we didn't miss a thing, DJ Rolex, who collaborates with the venue, played music and entertained us and our guests with fun games throughout the evening. What can I say? A fantastic wedding that we will always remember, thanks also to all the staff at La Sorgente. The bride and groom Michele and Michela 🙏🏻❤️
