La Mimosa In L'aquila

29/12/2024: Osteria in the center of Tagliacozzo. Very welcoming environment with a lit fireplace. Good traditional dishes with sufficient portions. Normal prices, neither expensive nor cheap. However, a recommended place for value for money and environment.

21/12/2024: The restaurant itself is cute and cozy. The food was good, but mostly average; they really smothered everything in olive oil (even grilled sausage which was odd). We had pasta, gnocchi, meats, and veggies. What really turned us away was the staff. Everyone was on their phones. The man cooking the meat, watching videos (out loud). The man at the counter, watching soccer on the computer. And our waitress kept getting on the phone. We even wanted a dolce but she never came back. So we left. Overall, we would not eat here again but maybe you will have a better experience!
