My joy in every sense. Restaurants like this should be preserved as Italian cultural heritage! Authentic food, use of herbs and flowers of which we have almost lost memory. Staff who make you feel at home.

Con Orlando&co alla guida in questo ristorante non si mangia ma si ritrova una connessione con le proprie origini: piatti della tradizione impeccabili senza fronzoli ma con tanta sostanza fatta di dettagli, legame con il territorio. Emozionante.

Beautiful evening for two in a historic and traditional venue. Very good food, I ate donkey meat for the first time and it was a wonderful discovery.
Very approachable personal owner. We felt just like home.

Orlando, a chef from times gone by, knows all the ways of cooking like it used to be. Ancient foods rediscovered and unfindable vegetables. Terrific stuffed pasta.

Second time two months later. The first time, following intuition and reviews, I was able to confirm the positive opinions published.
The second time is often more disappointing as the honeymoon has already passed.
But this was not the case, on the contrary!!!
The wild vegetables collected and expertly enhanced by Orlando, the rigatoni alla pajata, the Genzano DOC bread, well worth the 80 minute drive to reach the restaurant.
The third time I will be more "scientific" and leave a little space for dessert.
