A gem of a pastry shop nestled between a hardware store and a parking lot of some kind of place. The entire staff is WONDERFUL; Marta and the girls always get my day off to a great start, and the desserts are amazing. It's a real shame to be subject to this thing called "Weight Gain," which means I can't spend all day devouring their pastries. I'm giving up in an attempt not to wake up like a Chianina; I wouldn't even be good to eat anyway. I love you all.

10/11/2025: We went to this restaurant on Saturday because we were nearby. I really liked the service and the bread they served was delicious and fresh. The wine was also very good, but the meat was very raw. I asked for it medium-rare, but not burnt on the outside, and the waitress told me that wasn't possible because if I wanted it more cooked, it would burn on the outside. So I had to take the meat home. The octopus and the sausages were very good, though; I recommend it. The desserts were good too.

Bar Italia Vicenza

22/11/2025: The best coffee in Vicenza. It would also be a hit in Naples. As a Neapolitan, I'm sure.
03/11/2025: Every time we come to Vicenza (once a month), we eat at Bar Italia. Excellent snacks, custom sandwiches, as well as soups, first courses, and second courses, and they all look inviting. The sandwiches are truly rich and delicious.
