It's a work in progress! It's the ongoing artistic, structural, and cultural restoration of the former Agip motel. It's a visual journey, a growing work of art; it's more than just a hotel. The breakfast buffet is top-notch. Ask for an Art Room if you don't want to leave empty-handed. I booked a Smart Room; it hadn't been decorated by any artist yet. The bathroom and room were spotless. The staff were always present and helpful. The furnishings are almost entirely historic. The location is very convenient. It's a gem worth experiencing during your visit to Spoleto.

I stayed 3 days in the hotel and I felt like I was at home, the service was good except for the rooms that had the pillow too low but the rest was good.

A warm welcome, a clean room, and a breakfast with delicious cakes. Plus, a strategic location for visiting Spoleto (a 20-minute walk from the historic center), hassle-free parking, and a convenient fuel stop before leaving. Our experience was positive.

Perfect, very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating staff... excellent, generous breakfasts and clean rooms with all the comforts. I highly recommend it. Plus, there's plenty of parking and it's just a stone's throw from the center of Spoleto. It'll take you 1 or 2 minutes by car at most.

21/10/2025: We had a top-notch chickpea and potato soup! The owner was very kind in letting us eat at 3:30 PM, especially since the soup only needed to be reheated (he was very helpful), and we enjoyed some delicious desserts with excellent hot chocolate!
04/10/2025: No menu, just order. I had apperol spritz with a tray of snacks on the side - chps, bread crisps and crispy coated peanuts. Great atmosphere, people and service.

02/11/2025: Comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. Super helpful and friendly staff. Delicious homemade cakes for breakfast and a beautiful view of the hills from the panoramic windows in the dining/breakfast room. Convenient parking right at the hotel entrance. Very close to Todi! We'll definitely be back to try the hotel restaurant, since everyone raves about it!
09/10/2025: Great hotel located at the base of old town Todi with plenty of car spaces. I felt there was a language barrier on arrival…we were given just a key to room, we were not given wifi code or any other information. but after then all staff so helpful. I requested tea making facilities in room which was given to us immediately. Breakfast as has been mentioned is super basic, but I highly recommend the scrambled egg on toast - this was absolutely delicious. There were plenty of beautiful cakes and tarts to choose from , yoghurts , granola etc. We paid extra for the larger room, balcony and view and it was worth it. The bed was very comfortable… great hot shower. Everywhere was spotless and if I were to return would definitely book here again. If you are thinking of booking … go direct through the hotel. Prices were cheaper than booking.com. All in all a fabulous stay. Thank you. Ps. Thanks to the lovely lady at reception who found a little safety pin for me… You were brilliant. X
