The hotel is located along a busy state road, so it's best to book a room at the back, although the windows appear modern and should ensure quiet even in rooms facing the street. Comfortable, medium-sized rooms with a mini-fridge, central air conditioning, and a fan. Good in-room Wi-Fi is also available. An excellent sweet and savory buffet breakfast is included in the price. Ample parking, including some covered spaces, is available.

A beautiful place, very welcoming and spotlessly clean, with a large bed and a breakfast that had everything and more. I recommend it.

My husband and I stayed just one night in this large, renovated, and colorful hotel. It's simple but very functional and clean. The breakfast was also good. The receptionist was very courteous and professional. The location was very convenient for reaching the center of Spoleto. Good value for money. Recommended!

Excellent location, very friendly staff, to be honest, but the room wasn't... carpeted... speechless.... Bathrooms with windows, some doubts about the vacuuming... Good breakfast...

I stayed at this hotel in Spoleto and had an extraordinarily positive experience, one that stays in your memory and truly makes a difference in your experience of travel. The hotel immediately strikes you with its harmonious beauty, its successful balance of aesthetics, functionality, and comfort. Nothing is left to chance: every space exudes care, order, and a sense of genuine hospitality. The convenient and well-organized parking is a significant added value, especially in a city like Spoleto. The location is strategic: the historic center can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, but using a car is definitely preferable, making getting around more relaxed and convenient, especially after a busy day. Cleanliness is simply impeccable. Rooms and common areas are meticulously maintained, conveying a pleasant sense of order and freshness. The room was extremely comfortable, well-organized, quiet, and welcoming. The beds guarantee excellent rest, and the efficient and easily adjustable heating ensures constant comfort, making your stay pleasant at any time of day. Breakfast is another strong point: excellent, plentiful, and varied, with a carefully curated selection of sweet and savory options, featuring fresh, high-quality products, perfect for starting the day off on the right foot and energizing you. Special thanks go to the staff, the true added value of the hotel. Their politeness, courtesy, and professionalism make guests feel truly valued. Always available, present but never intrusive, they offer genuine attention that makes your stay even more enjoyable. What makes this hotel truly special, however, is the remarkable artistic and functional modernization of a historic structure of great architectural value. Originally a Motel Agip, it symbolized an Italian historical and social period—the era of well-being and optimism of the 1960s—when travel represented freedom, discovery, and modernity. Today, that memory hasn't been erased, but rather reinterpreted with intelligence and sensitivity: the structure retains its identity, continuing to be aesthetically captivating, fully functional, and excellent in terms of services and comfort for the contemporary traveler. A place that successfully combines history, beauty, modernity, and hospitality, offering much more than a simple stay. An experience I recommend without hesitation and would happily choose again.

Sandri dal 1860

09/03/2026: Superb café/pastry shop with an incredible setting and atmosphere. Perfect for a quick coffee break at the beginning, middle, or end of the day.
05/03/2026: Pasticceria Sandri Entering Pasticceria Sandri in Perugia was for me an experience that went beyond a simple dessert: it was like taking a little journey back in time. As soon as I walked through the door on Corso Vannucci, I felt like I was entering a place where history truly reigns. The elegant furnishings, the display cases filled with sweets, and the refined atmosphere made me slow down, almost to enjoy every detail. This isn't just a pastry shop: it's one of those places that seem to preserve the city's memory. I sat down and calmly gazed at the windows. The desserts are presented with an almost artistic care: chocolates, cakes, pastries, and traditional specialties. I chose a dessert accompanied by a coffee, and from the first taste, I understood why this place is so famous. The flavor was delicate yet intense, with an immediately noticeable quality of ingredients. What struck me most was the atmosphere. There's an elegant calm, almost reminiscent of times gone by. Tourists and Perugians mingle unhurriedly, and you get the feeling that time passes a little slower here. The service also seemed attentive and professional, discreet yet present. Sitting there, watching the people come and go on the main street, I realized that certain places aren't just places to grab a bite: they're small city institutions. Pasticceria Sandri gave me just that impression. If I return to Perugia, I already know I'll stop here again. Not just for a dessert, but to rediscover that elegant, slightly nostalgic atmosphere that makes this place truly special.
