La Mela D'Oro In Roma

We stopped in for a bite to eat. The lasagna and eggplant were excellent. The Aperol and limoncello were also great. The portions were generous. The atmosphere was pleasant.

This is a family place. Prices are reasonable and service is good. The food won't win awards, but it's fine.

I went here for lunch with my parents. It's a lovely restaurant. The food was excellent, and the wait staff was fantastic. A special mention goes to the waiter Giovanni 2 (he told us there are two and he's the second, haha), who was incredibly kind and friendly and welcomed us warmly. It's a truly excellent place, and I recommend it to everyone. If you're in Rome, La Mela D'Oro is a must-see!

Don't hesitate to eat here; everything is absolutely delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is unparalleled. The house wine is succulent.

I heard about this place because it was close to my hotel and looked delicious as I passed by. The bottom line is, I was extremely satisfied. My whole family loved it. The pizza and pasta were both excellent.

We enjoyed our meal. Service was just attentive enough (in a good way). Thank goodness staff didn't check on us every 5 minutes like in some places! The lamb was the most tender my wife ever had. The saltimbocca was tasty, and the mussel gnocchi dish was also good. I plan to return

The best pasta I ate in Rome. Everything was spectacular! I ordered pasta with artichokes and I highly recommend it.

Attentive and pleasant service. Good, well-prepared food, but nothing extraordinary. The restaurant is quiet despite being nearly full, but they could make an effort with lights and colors to enhance the atmosphere. Potential for improvement!

!!!!TOURIST TRAP!!!! 4 stars only for visibility. If I could give it 0 I would. Bread was very stale, the olive oil and balsamic were in individual packages (very weird being that it’s Italy and every other restaurant we’ve been to has had bottles), and the menu had very poor translations. My girlfriend and I each ordered a single spritz drink, a pathetic sized platter of meat as a starter, and a single first dish of spinach and cheese ravioli that was probably taken from a freezer. The total? €50!! Nothing on the menu was less than €10, and the quality of food was the worst we’ve had in our entire visit in Italy. I had one bite of the cured meat and instantly felt off to the point where we just wanted to pay the bill and go somewhere else. Do not bother with this place. It is NOT authentic Italian food and you will overpay immensely.
