I ate the linguine alla maggot: a true delight, with perfectly prepared fresh pasta! The staff, surprisingly young, is nonetheless very competent. Nothing to complain about: quality service!!! Thanks again, a place not to be missed.

Back from vacation, a great find just steps from the Imola highway exit. Delicious pizza and excellent service. My only suggestion: when the waiter offers pink sauce for the fries, the cost should be disclosed beforehand, not after the customer accepts. 😉 It's unfortunate to offer something and then later be told it costs extra.

There were 2 adults and 1 child...the dishes we ordered were good, it's a shame they arrived at three different times...normal place, but since everyone was in the same room and the tables were close together it was quite confusing, and we were at lunch, I don't dare imagine it would have been at dinner.

I never criticize a pizza because I know everyone has their own way of making it, but unfortunately this time I have to criticize the pizzas I ate last night, which tasted like dry schiacciata with burnt edges. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't like thin, dry pizzas. The service was good and the staff were friendly.

Ottimo ristorante! Personale molto professionale e cucina eccellente! Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante, ideale per famiglie e bambini. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare al ristoratore, riguarda quello di menzionare almeno il prezzo anche approssimativo del "pescato fresco" quando lo si propone. Per tutto il resto, niente da dire!

In viaggio lungo la A14, abbiamo trovato chiuso il ristorante vicino al casello di Imola in cui andiamo di solito. Ci è stata consigliata "La Masseria", che offre cucina tipica emiliano-romagnola. Davvero una sorpresa alcuni piatti meno noti come la polenta con lo squacquerone. Abbiamo poi preso una costata (enorme) molto buona e tenera.

08/07/2025: I had about an hour and a half before my train and was looking for a spot to relax, read a little, chat with a friend, and grab a quick bite. Cafeteria Galliera was perfect for that. It’s close to Bologna Centrale, which makes it super convenient for a pre-train stop. I ordered a cappuccino and a prosciutto sandwich, along with a pastry (not pictured), and everything was fresh and satisfying. The prices were amazing—especially by Canadian standards. It felt like such good value for what I got. The staff were friendly, and the service was fast, which I really appreciated with limited time. I sat at one of the outdoor tables, which were shaded and caught a nice breeze—perfect for unwinding without the heat getting in the way. Overall, it was a great little café experience. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever passing through Bologna again.

16/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Bologna. The service is excellent, and the food is equally as good. Excellent wine list. We ate inside, but with the windows open, it was lovely. They also have tables under the portico (which is closed, so no one can pass through), well-sheltered by a hedge.
15/08/2025: Excellent seafood dinner with fresh, tasty ingredients! It's a shame the owner was so rude, sarcastically addressing customers as if we were old friends! Too bad, never again ;) A good dish isn't worth poor service, and feeling cheated by the person who brings you the bill is one of the most unpleasant things you can do! Go on vacation so you can relax!
