La Masseria In Vieste

I was there with my boyfriend last July, and I have to say that what I ate personally reminded me of the flavors of home, of what my grandmother used to make. Since I no longer live in Italy, it all took me back to my childhood memories. The owner of the masseria shared her passion for what she does with us, leaving us feeling truly touched. What can I say...the quality and price of the food are spot on, locally sourced! As soon as we're back in Italy, we'll be happy to return :). The cheeses are truly exceptional!!! An exceptional experience at Masseria San Salvatore on the Gargano, an authentic place where tradition, quality, and passion meet. A special added value is Michela in the dining room, always smiling, kind, and attentive to every detail: she welcomes guests with great professionalism and makes you feel immediately at home. Her husband, a true master, grills perfectly, flavorful, and of excellent quality, showcasing traditional flavors. The cuisine is extraordinary, featuring authentic dishes, local ingredients, and a vast selection of wines. Each course demonstrates the passion and love for the region. Impeccable service and excellent value. A place that wins you over in every way. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, good food, and a sincere welcome. For us, it was simply perfect! The food...amazing...the homemade cheese was amazing!!! The staff is very friendly...!!!!!

A unique place, quiet and peaceful. It's not easy to describe the kindness and generosity of the family; you have to experience it firsthand. We felt embraced. And no less important, the dishes they served us were incredibly delicious. We hope to see you again someday.

Don't miss this experience. Excellent meat, warm hospitality, and passion for their work. Love for handed-down traditions, a carefully curated menu, and top-quality products. We had a divine dinner, and even the wine won us over. We returned home with their olive oil, pickled olives, and ricotta. The road leading to the masseria is completely paved and convenient; you're there in 15 minutes from Vieste. Highly recommended.

A truly special place! Exquisite service and, for meat lovers, delicious local specialties. We had the young goat; the meat couldn't be more tender! Reasonable price for excellent quality.

We celebrated my wife's birthday here. The appetizers (cheese platter and duck carpaccio), the wine, and, of course, the meat dishes were excellent.
