One of my "fixed" stops in Val di Sangro, I have been frequenting it for years, everything is perfect from the service to the quality of the fish (excellent).
It's not cheap but the price is worth it.

I am a worker who travels all over Europe but I have never found such welcoming staff in my life, the freshest quality food and plenty of it for those who want it, the native respect of the owners for the customers is something spectacular in this hotel restaurant... I'm feeling like I'm at grandma's house 😍😍, I practically can't find the words to explain everything they deserve, thank you LA MASSERIA

Historic place where you eat well and the dishes are always very "generous". Structure known above all for large ceremonies, The only thing I didn't like was the speed of the service in clearing the dishes., Never started to remove the other dishes or even proceed with the other dishes on the menu. We have to wait. When the last diner has finished, you can move on. Furthermore, around 11.30pm while we were still ordering desserts they began to tidy up the room by dismantling tables and tablecloths. It would have been more appropriate to invite the people still in the room to complete the dinner in a small lounge. In conclusion, a good restaurant where you can return to eat but pay attention to detail

I review restaurants.
Best service ever seen, absurd kindness and seriousness. The absurd way of welcoming:
3 of us still had still and sparkling water in the bucket before we sat down, then a flute of sparkling wine and we still had to order.
I took different things than the others so they would have had 2 courses while I had 3. To avoid making me eat alone they brought an extra course for the other two. €50 best spent in my life.. I would go back hands down, highly recommended.
