Simple environment and very basic table service, as any pizzeria in Naples should be!! Obviously this is a fry shop and consequently has a menu of only fried foods, from panzerotti to dessert. I always eat It completes it because it is the real Neapolitan fried pizza. The staff were very courteous, kind, helpful and sociable.

Neapolitan street food is famous for places like La Masardona: it's cheap, simple and delicious. Tasting the fried pizza is an event (the classic one is a delight, although they also have vegetarian options) but starters such as arancino or crocché round out the experience. Excellent.

Suggerito da un amico, questa friggitoria vicina a Castel dell’Ovo è stata il nostro ultimo pasto prima di lasciare Napoli. Pizza fritta leggera e saporita, simpatica la possibilità del battilocchio (quasi una mezza pizza) declinata in vari gusti semplici e concreti..niente cucina gourmet!!! Buon rapporto qualora/prezzo.

Pizzeria I Fratelli Caponi

15/12/2024: I had lunch at Casa Caponi to celebrate a very pleasant event with my parents and I must reiterate that it represents a cornerstone of classic Neapolitan dining. I highly recommend the roasted octopus. Service always up to the task: friendly and willing to give appropriate advice. Definitely worth going there to eat well and feel at ease.
13/12/2024: Parking difficulty. Excellent service. Good pizza. The first ones are excellent
