La storica gestione di Mariangela e Vittorio è terminata il 24 dicembre, la nuova ha riaperto il 5 febbraio. Varcato il cancello il cortile dove, nella bella stagione, viene allestito il dehors con 35 coperti, altrettanti nella sala. Chef Alan Bustamante; in sala Giorgia Cantamessa e Alice. Piacevolissima musica jazz in sottofondo; il pranzo: Vino: - Rosé Piemonte DOC Rosato Brut az. Pico Maccario. Pane bianco e grissini maison. Apribocca: - frittatina di verdure e salame. ANTIPASTI: - battuta di Fassona piemontese (con scaglie di parmigiano e crema al tuorlo d'uovo). - acciughe fritte (con maionese al lime fatta in casa). PRIMI: - linguine (con gamberi, stracciatella e pomodorini confit). - risotto (al cavolo nero con fonduta al taleggio e salsiccia). DESSERT (condiviso): - torta di nocciolè (fatta con nocciola Tonda Gentile Trilobata e gelato alla crema di nostra produzione). Caffè a chiudere. La bella carta dei vini presenta 60 etichette, ampia scelta al calice. Menù degustazione piemontese 4 portate a 38€; à la carte 6 antipasti da 11 a 15€, "tagliere di formaggi con confetture di nostra produzione" a 15€; 6 primi da 13 a 15€; 6 secondi da 14 a 18€; 6 dessert da 6 a 7€. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Cucina ben eseguita con una bellissima scelta di piatti del territorio; gentilezza in sala. A fine pranzo i nostri complimenti. Ormai da qualche anno, frequento questo ristorante abitualmente. Dopo la chiusura , ho scoperto che la gestione è cambiata solo quando ci sono tornato. Il locale rimane ben curato, il servizio ottimo, ma le pietanze non sono all’altezza della vecchia gestione. Peccato. Non penso che tornerò .

A Pub, large spaces, excellent beer. The dishes perhaps a little below average.

We certainly made the right choice booking a table for our first Christmas lunch in Italy at La Marlera. Delicious food, excellent ambience, the service was great and courteous. The Tajarin al tartufo and the vegetarian lasagna exceeded expectations, while the fried anchovies were the perfect starter. Excellent wine and dessert. A must (and well certainly be back)!

Beautiful place I ate very well

We had a great lunch choosing this place after reading the reviews. We weren't wrong. Traditional Piedmontese food with some appreciated reinterpretations. Exposed bricks, precise service and excellent food. Good value for money. Advised !!

We always return to this restaurant discovered for seven or eight years now. Excellent quality and local food, excellent service. Extensive wine list. Always to be repeated!! I forgot that their eggnog is amazing 💛

Me and my partner ate here several years ago and had one of the best risottos I’ve had. We were back in the area recently and spent ages trying to find the place again as we’d forgotten the name and which town it was. Was very happy to finally find it and we ate there for lunch and dinner. It’s a great balance between home cooking and higher end dining. Would recommend

I've been to this place several times and have always had a great time. The service is attentive, friendliness comes first but above all it is the quality of the food that reigns supreme. Many typical Piedmontese dishes that are worth tasting. I liked the atmosphere inside with brick vaults. As for wines, there is a wide choice with local producers mainly but not only. I definitely recommend going there.

Good dishes with black and white truffles. Very good quality wine on offer.
