Welcoming location, the staff is efficient and never intrusive, the menu is well structured, the dishes we chose were very satisfying, both in terms of quality of the ingredient and preparation, I perceived a lot of "balance" in the flavors (e.g. never excessive/intrusive salt)
The wine list is interesting, it offers all (or almost all) of the Piedmontese wine repertoire.
I think the price is fair and adequate for the level offered, with starter, first course, second course, water, wine, coffee you can spend €50-60

La storica gestione di Mariangela e Vittorio è terminata il 24 dicembre, la nuova ha riaperto il 5 febbraio. Varcato il cancello il cortile dove, nella bella stagione, viene allestito il dehors con 35 coperti, altrettanti nella sala. Chef Alan Bustamante; in sala Giorgia Cantamessa e Alice. Piacevolissima musica jazz in sottofondo; il pranzo:
Vino:
- Rosé Piemonte DOC Rosato Brut az. Pico Maccario.
Pane bianco e grissini maison.
Apribocca:
- frittatina di verdure e salame.
ANTIPASTI:
- battuta di Fassona piemontese (con scaglie di parmigiano e crema al tuorlo d'uovo).
- acciughe fritte (con maionese al lime fatta in casa).
PRIMI:
- linguine (con gamberi, stracciatella e pomodorini confit).
- risotto (al cavolo nero con fonduta al taleggio e salsiccia).
DESSERT (condiviso):
- torta di nocciolè (fatta con nocciola Tonda Gentile Trilobata e gelato alla crema di nostra produzione).
Caffè a chiudere.
La bella carta dei vini presenta 60 etichette, ampia scelta al calice. Menù degustazione piemontese 4 portate a 38€; à la carte 6 antipasti da 11 a 15€, "tagliere di formaggi con confetture di nostra produzione" a 15€; 6 primi da 13 a 15€; 6 secondi da 14 a 18€; 6 dessert da 6 a 7€. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Cucina ben eseguita con una bellissima scelta di piatti del territorio; gentilezza in sala. A fine pranzo i nostri complimenti.

My husband and I chose this tavern based on the reviews because we didn't know anything nearby coming from outside. On site we discovered that it had changed management a few weeks ago, I won't deny that we were a little worried when we heard the news. Instead we had a great time! Young, welcoming and friendly management. The place is well looked after and the food is delicious! In general, really excellent raw materials, even the bread and breadsticks made by them, great care with the dishes. We felt pampered and have already booked for another lunch!
