A regular stop for lunch. The atmosphere is casual yet refined, with excellent service and very helpful waiters. The daily menu is very good and varied. The gourmet pizzas and risottos are excellent. Special mention to the waiter!

I often go to this restaurant/pizzeria, both for work, thanks to the agreement with my company, and in my free time... and every time it's a confirmation! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and helpful. The service is quick, even at peak times, which I really appreciate, especially during lunch breaks. The pizza is really good, with so many options to choose from. The rest of the menu is also well-curated, with tasty options and generous portions. The prices are absolutely fair, perfectly in line with the quality offered. A place I always gladly return to and recommend for both a quick lunch and a quiet dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming, simple, and refined, with a family atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Well done, guys! 😊

festeggiato la laurea di mio figlio con tutti i parenti più di 20 persone con il giro pizza a parte un piccolo ritardo iniziale ma bisogna tenere conto che era sabato sera le pizze giganti su vassoi rotondi sono arrivate con continuità e varie e veramente buone a un certo punto abbiamo dovuto dirgli noi di smettere di portare pizza in quanto veramente pieni per finire ci hanno anche fatto la torta una mille foglie buonissima per festeggiare l'avvenimento . Non ultimo ci hanno anche trattato bene dal punto di vista economico .

18/08/2025: I tried Vesuvio pizzeria in Modena and can say I've finally found authentic Neapolitan pizza. The dough is made with great care and left to rise for a full 48 hours, which is immediately noticeable: light, soft, digestible, and with that typical aroma of properly made pizza. Each pizza is made from a ball weighing about 300 grams, so it's hearty: just one will fill you up without any problem. The texture is perfect, with a high, soft, and well-aired crust, just like in Naples. The cooking is also impeccable, with the right balance between softness and crunchiness on the bottom. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, from the tomatoes to the fiordilatte cheese to the canned anchovies; the combination with the dough makes every bite a pleasure. Personally, I found it to be one of the best Neapolitan pizzas I've ever eaten outside of Naples. If you're looking for authenticity, flavor, and a passion for authentic Neapolitan pizza, Vesuvio Modena is a must-try.

02/09/2025: I really have to give a shout out to Marcello Pizzeria. A true institution and a point of reference: in Carpi for 67 years! We showed up in August without a reservation (there were few people) and were seated right away. We ordered a couple of pizzas, including the special Marinella with the addition of grilled smoked ham (after baking). Pizza Marinella: Tomato puree, shredded burrata, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, black pepper, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil. After a short wait, the pizza arrived, and it was truly delicious; not a single crumb was left. The pizza is Neapolitan-style, thin in the center with beautiful edges. Excellently cooked in a wood-fired oven! In the end, the bill surprised us: only €27 for two people, including drinks. The only flaw in this place, in my opinion, is the inadequate soundproofing. Even though the room was half empty and the door to the outside was open, the volume of the voices was high.
