My partner had been wanting to take me to this unique restaurant for her for years. What can I say? She was absolutely right! Top-notch cuisine, courtesy and friendliness from the staff and top service. You absolutely must not miss trying their dishes!

Delicious food! The game dish is highly recommended, as well as the lamb chops in combination with spinach and baby onions.
Super friendly service and a very nice place to sit outside. We also arrived quite late but were still served without haste and had a wonderful evening! Big thank you!

Tucked away from the busy main street, we found this small restaurant and enjoyed a peaceful lunch outdoors in the beautiful Tuscan weather. They offered a great selection of local wines, cheeses, and cured meat. Perfect for a relaxing midday break.

There are lots of places to eat in San Gimignano, with a mix of touristy spots on the main streets. But head to the top of the town and turn off the main drag and you'll find La Mangiatoia tucked away round a quiet corner serving good quality Tuscan food for a fair price. Nice service by the owners and staff. Highly recommend. We had 2 pasta dishes and they were both excellent.

Non possiamo che confermare tutte le recensioni positive. Peccato non poter dare di più! Il locale è piccolo ma molto accogliente ( la musica in sottofondo è molto piacevole e crea una bella atmosfera) e i proprietari ci hanno accolto con grande ospitalità, tipica dei toscani.
Abbiamo ordinato una bistecca alla fiorentina. Erano anni che non ne mangiavamo una così buona! Cotta perfettamente al sangue come da noi richiesto.
Consigliamo di provare questo ristorante e sicuramente, se dovessimo ritornare a Sangimignano, ritorneremo a degustare la fiorentina!!!

Characteristic restaurant that offers a menu with typical local dishes.
Careful and quality food accompanied by an excellent house wine that we tasted both white and red.
Intimate environment, not very big and for this reason we recommend booking.
Excellent experience that we will definitely repeat.

Ristorante a San Gimignano molto bello e in stile. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, la fiorentina ( kg.1.3 ) che dire davvero sublime era un burro. Anche il vino della casa buono. Prezzi onesti. Consiglio
