Classic Roman trattoria with a very friendly host who knows how to do his job very well. It's a shame that the first courses aren't all the same, even if they were the same dishes. In practice, there was one with more or less seasoning, if they were all seasoned with the same amount of sauce it was better.

We stopped in for dinner on Saturday night since we were staying in the area. As a first piece of advice I urge you to look beyond the external appearance of the place which leaves a little to be desired. In reality the environment inside is discreet, above all clean. It is a trattoria that offers typical Roman cuisine, so the main dishes are tripe, coratella, beans with pork rinds, pasta with traditional sauces (also offered with some variations) served in generous portions. For the second courses, which I won't judge because we didn't take them, mainly grilled meat is offered. There is also pizza which, judging by the pasta we were able to taste with the cold cuts, shouldn't be bad. The food isn't bad, I'm not going to tell you that there is better, but there is certainly a lot worse in Rome. Let's say that all in all I would go back. The service is typical of a Roman trattoria, therefore folkloristic, but fun and above all efficient. Maybe just a little slow. Prices a little higher than the average for the area, but it's not clear to me whether the price was the same for us tourists (11 of us paid for some appetizers to share a first course each, 4 bottles of wine, I don't remember the water, 6 coffees, 7 bitters and 2 desserts, 32 euros each) or whether it's the same for everyone since the menu is there and was recited by the owner and therefore we didn't see the prices. It goes without saying, for a Venetian 33 euros are not enough, accustomed to our prices, but they are certainly above the average for that area.

…what can I say, we were welcomed with such warmth, they immediately treated us as if they had known us for a long time. The food was excellent and not too elaborate, almost like home cooking, excellent service and great friendliness. Well done everyone, see you again soon

We breathed an air of authenticity and the managers were kind and friendly. The atmosphere is that of an old-time trattoria with no frills. Prices are in line with the type of restaurant (e.g. a first course 10 euros, appetizer 10/11). Perhaps we expected something more from the food. The starters (coratella, tripe and beans with pork rinds) were exquisite. Carbonara with a little salt, cheese and pepper the opposite. Second courses (sausage and saltimbocca) not memorable but good. Homemade fried but perhaps fried in oil a little below temperature (it can happen). However, the innkeeper has listed a wide choice of both first and second courses so perhaps we can taste even better things. Portions are not particularly generous which, for those who want to try a bit of everything, is not a bad thing.

Io e la mia fidanzata siamo stati lì a pranzo, abbiamo preso la carbonara che essendo a Roma non può mancare. Un quartino di Vino e poi come dolce io la panna cotta e lei la sbriciolata ai frutti di bosco. Lo consiglio. Il titolare molto cordiale, solare e scherzoso. Prezzo modico.

Tipica trattoria romana vicino agli Studios con buoni piatti della tradizione e pizza eccellente a prezzi onesti . Ma sopratutto , personale e proprietari di gentilezza e simpatia non comune, che abbiamo molto appprezzato
