14/12/2025: A simply excellent experience at Ristorante Liberty da Gerry. We chose to try both the meat and fish menus, and the experience was complete in every way, from the quality of the ingredients to the meticulous attention to detail in the kitchen and the service.
The experience began with truly rich and well-designed appetizers. For the meat, there were excellent quality cured meats and a selection of select cheeses, accompanied by a tartare of the freshest meat, balanced and enhanced without overpowering the flavor. For the fish, there was a generous and refined selection: top-quality tuna and salmon, delicate scallops, baby octopus with soft and flavorful polenta and puree, and the tender octopus tentacles, cooked to perfection.
The first courses confirmed the exceptional quality of the cuisine. The pumpkin and sausage risotto was creamy, well-blended, and with a perfect balance of sweetness and savory. The seafood paccheri were generous, rich in seafood and intense in flavor, with the pasta perfectly cooked.
For second courses, the fillet of beef served on a griddle to finish cooking at the table was a truly engaging and high-quality experience, with tender and flavorful meat. The light and dry fried fish was distinguished by its crispiness and freshness, without being heavy.
To round it all off, a fresh fruit tart, perfectly sweet, accompanied by complimentary liqueurs, made the conclusion even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service attentive and professional, and the cuisine clearly strives for excellence. A restaurant that absolutely deserves its five stars and one we will undoubtedly return to.
