Excellent Messina focaccia, crunchy and soft dough at the same time, light. Advise

I changed the review because I realized I had the wrong place... I was in your bakery and I ate very well!

I traveled to Messina with the aim of finding the best Messina focaccia and Maison del Pane takes number 1 without a doubt. The traditional one with anchovies left me with my mouth open due to the texture of the bread and the flavor of its ingredients. The anchovy was not hidden and allowed the flavors to mix exquisitely, the baked tomato delicious, the bread soft and spongy. The Bianca pizza unimaginably good. The pearl in the crown was the service, they were so kind and so hospitable that, without a doubt, added a flavor rarely achieved: the taste of home.

Definitely the best Messinese focaccia I tried during my stay in Messina, I would return without thinking twice, totally recommended, the staff is very friendly and their recommendations are very very good.
