Excellent restaurant, including the magnificent mountain view from the outdoor garden. My grandfather dined here in 1969 and was very pleased. We can't help but agree!

Characteristic atmosphere, excellent food with perfect flavor combinations and well presented on the plate. Trained, attentive and kind staff. The only flaw is not being able to choose just one fixed menu per table.

A delightful place, with a lovely outdoor area where you can enjoy a coffee or an aperitif in peace. Very friendly staff. Very clean bathroom; I always appreciate the attention to detail.

– Les Maisons by Filippo Entrevés A charming little place, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, offering a cozy, intimate, and deeply welcoming atmosphere, especially in the evenings, with traditional objects that evoke memories of the place. The beverage menu is simple but well-chosen: among the offerings, we were particularly impressed by the Sambuca Quaglia, a perfect pairing for coffee. The intense and fragrant Valdostastana coffee was a true treat, but what made our evening special was the ritual of the Coppa dell'Amicizia, celebrated here in its most authentic form. In the photo, you can see the typical wooden cup, decorated and equipped with spouts (from two to ten), from which you drink one after the other, without ever setting it down on the table—out of respect for tradition. The drink, Aosta Valley coffee, is a piping hot blend of coffee, genepì, grappa, cognac, and lemon zest, sweetened and lit with a flame that caramelizes the surface and releases its aromas. It's an experience that engages the sight, smell, and palate, but above all the heart: a gesture of sharing and friendship. The service was impeccable: the kind and knowledgeable woman gently guided us through flavors and traditions. A place I recommend to anyone who wants more than just a drink: a little journey into Aosta Valley culture, filled with flavor, warmth, and conviviality.

Beautiful traditional location in the historic village of Entrèves... Very knowledgeable and welcoming staff. We had lunch on the well-kept and quiet terrace, with an excellent panoramic view. Friendly and courteous waitresses and a well-trained sommelier. Traditional menu, top-quality ingredients. Excellent value for what we ate, the service, and the location!

For my tastes I found it a bit pretentious

My colleague and I spent a wonderful evening at Maison de Filippo, starting from the welcome and the position at a table on the terrace with a view of Mont Blanc, the boys and girls were super helpful, attentive and friendly. We took a mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses with their garnishes, the Valdostana (with an excellent side dish of amazing potato millefeuille) and venison stew, all concluded with two desserts. A truly delicious panna cotta and sorbet. A fantastic experience, well done to the whole team, to be repeated.

Si può fare di più la nuova gestione raccoglie una eredità spessa , il locale ora e molto curato si nota...il servizio e professionale ma un po distaccato, i vini specialmente al calice decisamente caro cmq ben presentato , piatti così e così c'è di meglio ...preciso che ho dato 4 pallini per aver salvato un locale storico ma ....vi suggerisco qualcosina ...il ragazzo all ' ingresso che gira per il locale con le mani in tasca con un fare scazzato non va bene, il tagliere di salumi estremamente ridotto non si prepara prima e si mette in frigo , non siete assaliti dai clienti, il ragù...metteteci un po di cura e untissimo e la fontina tagliata a fettine con l'affettatrice non va bene , la crema di Cogne si impiatta al momento , si torna al pensiero del tagliere di prima ... Riflettete con calma ma riflettete personalmente ora non vi consiglierei Buon lavoro

Siamo stati in questo ristorante molto caratteristico, sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo, tanti oggetti antichi, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli! Il cibo è davvero una prelibatezza, abbiamo preso gnocchi alle barbabietole, minestra di cipolle con un po’ di fontina e prosciutto accompagnato da salsa di mele, patate e cipolle, buonissimi! Le cameriere vestite in abito tipico, cordiali ed attente. Complimenti, consigliato!
