The warm and welcoming location exudes the authentic atmosphere of the Aosta Valley, while the cuisine is a triumph of authentic and refined flavors, showcasing local tradition. Each course was a discovery, accompanied by attentive, friendly, and always smiling service. From the dinner to the service, through to the enchanting setting, everything was perfect. A place that is more than just a restaurant, but a small journey into the truest Aosta Valley hospitality. We will gladly return.

The service and ambiance lived up to expectations, perhaps just a little slow, especially when the food arrived; it wasn't worth the wait. The flavors were completely disconnected, a huge disappointment. Far below the standards of other restaurants in the area, and perhaps even a little more expensive. The wine list, however, was excellent.

A wonderful experience to try typical dishes from the valley, the waitresses were very helpful, and the wine selection was extensive enough to satisfy even the most discerning palates.
The waitresses Nicol and Masha made us feel at home.

A quaint and very traditional restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with soft lighting and many traditional items filling the place. Everything is delicious, especially the Valdostana cutlet! My husband had been there many years ago, and although the food is good and the place is truly charming, I was a bit nostalgic for the old days. So, perhaps some nostalgics who tried it decades ago might be a little disappointed, given their high expectations, but for me, it was my first time, and the experience was definitely positive. Special thanks to the ladies in the dining room, who were incredibly kind and charming, dressed in traditional dress. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

On entre et on remonte le temps.
Le personnel est très aimable et attentionné, les plats à base de produits locaux sont savoureux , généreux .
Une mention particulière pour le sommelier , d'excellent conseil, qui nous a fait des suggestions hors des sentiers battus ( ah ! ce pinot noir, c'était la dernière bouteille hélas ... : une découverte étonnante et merveilleuse ! )
Merci donc à lui et à toute l'équipe pour ce moment délicieux en tous points .

Ristorante valdostano caratteristico. Ambiente caldo, legno, luci soffuse e arredo rustico e di charme. Menù altalenante.
Primi buoni, ma con qualcosa fuori posto (una polenta concia che, oltre alla fontina, è condita con un altro formaggio, e una zuppa alle cipolle poco brodosa, anzi quasi asciutta, e con cipolle molto caramellate). Eccellente carré di agnello. Valdostana buona ma fontina e prosciutto preponderanti sulla carne. Torna eccellente coi dolci (crema di cogne e la torta dei salassi al caramello col baffo di panna fatta in casa). Lista vini curata e varia. Servizio molto piacevole e in generale viene voglia di tornare. A presto!
