Exceptional restaurant! We ate on Valentine's Day with a special menu for €40, all-inclusive. Exceptional dishes, highly trained, helpful, and friendly staff. Traditional cuisine with an innovative twist. Excellent wines. Music and karaoke that engages the entire dining room without ever disturbing. A traditional restaurant with a unique twist. We'll definitely be back!

MORE THAN LUNCH: A RETURN TO OUR ROOTS AT LA MAGIONE ​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​We chose Chef Paolo's La Magione in Olivola for our annual cousins' get-together, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We were looking for a place that was logistically close, yet had a deep and authentic soul. ​As soon as we crossed the threshold, the atmosphere enveloped us: for us, it was like instantly stepping back into the tavern of our grandmother's farmhouse. Chef Paolo has created an atmosphere reminiscent of home, where tradition is enhanced by excellent ingredients. ​Lunch was a journey through the flavors of the region: fragrant mushrooms, a masterfully cooked braised beef with polenta, and, to finish on a sweet note, a panna cotta with zabaglione that alone was worth the trip. All accompanied by a carefully curated local wine list that best reflects our land. ​We are united by distance, but always close at heart, and this lunch was our sacred ritual. Like a tree that needs new sap every year, gathering here has allowed our roots to grow and strengthen. While life outside is chaotic with professional commitments, at the tables of the Magione, time has stood still, allowing our "cousinhood" to shine once again. ​A special thank you to the Chef: his cuisine nourishes the body and reawakens memories. We will definitely return for our next appointment. Because here, we truly feel at home.

A lovely restaurant in a small town a few kilometers from Casale Monferrato. The atmosphere is youthful yet unobtrusive, and the cuisine is excellent, prepared with great care and expertise. The service is efficient and available for any questions or requests regarding the various dishes. The menu is very carefully curated and delicious. Definitely worth a try.
