We went to dinner having just arrived in Tuscany and everything was perfect. The hamburgers and the charcuterie boards, truly delicious. They are not cheap, it is true, but the prices have gone crazy everywhere. The service, first class, great attention. And, furthermore, they are rock and roll brothers, ha ha. I highly recommend this place.

For lovers of beers and wine the selection is wide and well curated. The location is welcoming and well looked after. The staff is its added value, ready to advise on both dishes and drinks according to personal tastes.

Truly excellent cuisine with a mix of simplicity and refinement. The products are typical local or Tuscan products, well explained as they are brought. Friendly and helpful staff, but never intrusive, nice and friendly environment in the center of the town. Prices even lower than what was proposed in both quality and quantity.

Difficult to find better!!!! Excellent all dishes with tasty fresh products, good beer. Run by friendly, approachable, kind, professional people. They know how to advise you well. They make you feel good and at ease. Clean, well-kept place and outdoor seating for summer evenings. TOP.

Questo ristorante dovrebbe avere il tutto esaurito tutte le sere! Ingredienti di una qualità eccellente, pensati e assemblati in maniera perfetta. Oltre a poter scegliere tra un vasto menù di hamburger e taglieri (non sai quale scegliere al momento dell’ordine perché sono tutti troppo invitanti) hanno una ricca scelta di birre artigianali e degli ottimi cocktail particolari di loro invenzione, senza parlare dei dolci..deliziosi! Ultimo ma non per importanza: la gentilezza e il sorriso dello staff che ci tengono davvero alla soddisfazione del cliente. Non dovete fermarvi alla Magione del Tau solo se passate per caso da Altopascio, dovete proprio venirci appositamente per mangiare da Nicoletta e Stefano!

Mi rivolgo a voi proprietari...bravi ragazzi! Ci avete regalato una bellissima serata! Era un po' che si voleva venire a scoprire la vostra magione e ora che ci siamo riusciti vi terremo stretti (anche se siamo un po' distanti). Abbiamo trovato il locale davvero tanto accogliente. A prescindere da dettagli soggettivi come lo stile o l'arredamento (che a me sono strapiaciuti), il locale regala una piacevole atmosfera dove si degustano cibo e bevande ottime. Io sono una fissata con gli hamburger, al punto da avere un elenco personale dove assegno punteggi a quelli mangiati in giro per il mondo. Posso dirvelo che il vostro è arrivato in cima alla classifica? Grazie per questo! Stessa soddisfazione per il mio compagno appassionato di IPA che ha trovato un'offerta seria e ottime birre. Mi permetto di dire che i prezzi sono in linea col mercato, considerando la qualità degli ingredienti utilizzati e dei prodotti venduti, anzi con un paio di euro in piú rispetto a un locale standard qui si mangia da paura e si va via felici!!
