Recommended by a friend from Pistoia, we Monferrato residents of Casale M. venture into this super welcoming place. The staff are friendly and professional, the food is top-notch, generous portions, and the price is fair, with excellent quality. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to beautiful Pistoia.

The tartare and fillet steaks are amazing!
And the service is even better!
The waitress with glasses was the best!

Back for the third time, an impeccable evening as always. The menu was carefully curated, the service was quick and efficient despite there being 11 of us on a Saturday night. The dishes were excellent, as were the homemade desserts. The price was definitely fair considering the meat.

We had the Rosticciana alla Griglia con patate fritte and the Grigliata Mista, along with Verdure miste al forno and two glasses of local Chianti — one from the immediate area. Every bite was succulent and perfectly cooked. The meats were grilled to order, full of flavour, and the vegetables beautifully roasted.
Service was relaxed and friendly, and sitting in the glorious sunshine in the little piazza made it even better. A place to slow down, sip some wine, and savour genuine Tuscan cooking.

Recommended for those in Pistoia for a visit or business trip and looking to eat well without overdoing it!
I stumbled upon this place by chance on a Sunday for lunch and it was a pleasant surprise.
Varied menu, quality products, generous portions, reasonable wait times, cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent value!
The place is casual and has everything you need; the restroom was clean.
We had the pici cacio e pepe, which were generous and flavorful. The carbonara, which my son ordered, was also excellent; he polished it off! We finished our meal with a mixed grill, which was very good!
If we ever return to Pistoia, I think we'll be back!

I loved the food, and so did my family. The waiters were incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful! I recommend everyone to eat here when in Pistoia.

In pieno centro a Pistoia, puoi trovare La Macelleria, un ristorante con arredamento minimal. I loro primi a base di cacciagione sono veramente eccezionali, la pasta fresca accompagnata da magnifici ragù. Da provare le pappardelle al ragù di lepre, quelle al ragù di cervo e infine quelle al ragù di capriolo. Ottimi anche i taglieri di salumi e formaggi. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Locale in Centro a Pistoia, tavoli all'aperto puliti e con apparecchiatura sobria. Le focacce sono favolose, vi consiglio salame e pecorino, veramente squisita. Buona anche la pinsa, prezzi nella media, insomma ve lo consiglio
