Truly a nice discovery. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent raw material, very good meat but also the other dishes. The room has slightly low doors but the environment is clean and welcoming. Fast service even with a dozen people at the table. Outside seating available.

Recommended by the Hotel Milano where I am staying. Excellent Tuscan cuisine in a simple and clean environment. Friendly and quick service staff. Very good food. It is located in Piazza della Sala.

I went to this place for lunch and I must say that I was very satisfied.
The menu presented a wide choice of first and second courses, and also a good wine list, my companion and I threw ourselves on the second course and had baked pork loin and an Etruscan with a side of baked potatoes.
The preparation of the meat can be easily seen through the counter and the waitress was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu.
They were quite quick as the place was full of people and we only waited 20 minutes.
Super recommended place, excellent quality and price.

Starting from the fact that we all feed ourselves and know how to cook at least, catering is losing contact with the origins of its existence. It is a sector inflated by research and innovation in order to stand out between one restaurant and another. I am of the opinion and taste that the less you handle the raw materials, the more you have the pleasure of eating healthy and good dishes as in the case of La Macelleria.
Abundant and excellent dishes without mentioning the very helpful and friendly service which made us have an excellent dinner.
Finally, the price is right
The fried mushrooms which we had the pleasure of seeing arrive directly from the lumberjack are highly recommended

Stupita dalla bontà dei piatti che abbiamo assaggiato al La Macelleria. Io ho ordinato il roast beef con patate al forno e il mio compagno la rosticciana. La carne era eccezionale, cucinata alla perfezione.
Abbiamo gustato il tutto nel pieno centro di Pistoia. Le cifre erano oneste, soprattutto considerando l’alta qualità dei prodotti. Anche il vino era ottimo, completando splendidamente la nostra esperienza culinaria.
Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque ami la carne!
