The hotel restaurant "La Macchia" is located in the middle of nature, among trees of various types and above all olive trees, however it is easy to reach via telephone navigator. It is very well looked after. Each room has the name of a different flower. There are many beautiful pieces of antique furniture scattered throughout the property, which also has a swimming pool. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Excellent service and cuisine.

28/05/2024: Be aware this is fine dining! the menu is small, but well crafted. lots of game meats as befitting the theme, high quality, very delicious but with quite small portions of the main course averaging 20 euros. To get full you HAVE to spend approx 13 euros more in appetisers or something. Thank god there was plenty of bread and that too was very high quality, since we embaressingly werent ready to spend more money than we did on the delicious main course. A bit strange you could seemingly only order wine by the glass but it wasnt an issue. sitting outside is very comfortable and pretty, with ceramics and flowers. the married couple running the place were very attentive and friendly.
