Il locale non ha molto rispettato le aspettative... comunque i piatti erano accettabili, l'antipasto della casa ben presentato ma scarso, il primo mi è arrivato caldo ma gli gnocchi non erano ben legati con la salsina. Rivedrei un attimo le scelte in cucina e poi che prezzi non degni di ciò che viene somministrato

We were thinking of a frugal lunch and we asked a local acquaintance where he recommended we have lunch, he goes out the door of his business and points to a restaurant and says it's good and it's open! Well what we found was unexpected, so much so that the frugal lunch turned into a real lunch with all the necessary things, the location is welcoming as are the owners who are also very competent! The food is of absolute quality and even a simple dish such as grandma's maccheroncini or grandma's dish (among the second courses) which consists of meatballs and rolls are fantastic on the palate, but absolutely anything we have taken has more than satisfied us, to be honest it is not only about the quality or the offer but also about the competence with which the dishes that are served are first proposed and then served and "explained"! I find it completely brilliant to end lunch (especially at this time of year) with the panettone menu where some truly excellent products are offered!

Dishes that speak of the most beautiful Puglia: the one that studies, researches and is committed and that does not need forced xenophilia in the choice of products or nonsense modernism in the preparations or presentations. Disfrutamos de nuestro almuerzo en este restaurante. Nos lo recomendó un fabricante local de cerámica. Tenía la pasta hecha con vino tinto y una salsa blanca boloñesa. Mi esposa tenía la pasta redonda local con salsa de tomate. Ambos acordamos que nuestros almuerzos eran excelentes. El camarero era más que cortés y excelente inglés. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante.

We appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the owner who tries to enhance local and local traditions and products. We honestly expected more Prices high compared to quality and quantity The cutting board: the cured meats are good, the burratina is not.. the land appetizer: good grilled aubergines, crostini with vegetable caponata, bread meatballs with fried ricotta and courgette quique... The first courses, unrelated, nice to look at but the taste absolutely needs improvement, almost sufficient, we were disappointed given the positive reviews

Typical trattoria but with high quality products all chosen from the excellence of the area and Puglia. The owner, an evidently cultured and passionate person, describes each dish with competence and precision. Getting advice will be a pleasure as well as a useful help when ordering. I recommend opening the meal with land and sea starters in this way that if there is more than one of you you will be able to taste everything. The first and second courses of meat are also excellent. Good value for money
