We recently visited this pub. It's located in the historic center of Montagnana, Padua. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, and they were able to accommodate every request.

An elegant yet convivial restaurant, the staff were friendly and helpful. The menu we ordered was fantastic: the tagliata was tender, juicy, and the meat was excellent. The beetroot risotto with gorgonzola was incredible; you could taste all the flavors of the grain, the slightly spicy beetroot and the delicate gorgonzola. The homemade bigoli alla carbonara were delicious, with crispy, balanced bacon and a creamy, flavorful egg. Congratulations! There's a true passion for cooking here. Thank you.

In the historic center of Montagnana, we find a restaurant where good food reigns supreme. We visited on a Sunday for lunch to try their dishes, which we were impressed with, albeit with the price. Specifically, we had the opportunity to try the ravioli and risotto, which we found truly flavorful. The location is modern and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I would have added a little more to the portions. P.S. I'm not a fan of risotto, but the one with beetroot and gorgonzola is out of this world!
