La Locanda Romana In Fanano

The pizzas are delicious (I added pepperoni to my diavola, as suggested. It's amazing)! And the desserts...are excellent!

The best meals we had during this stay. The ladies were incredibly friendly and kind, always available for a chat. Especially the lady (who, from what I understand, is the daughter of the original owners), who also recommended where to buy good dairy products in the area. The food was truly impeccable: crescentine like I'd never tasted before, accompanied by spectacular cured meats, but above all, the PECORINO. The latter was divine, so much so that I had to ask where it came from to buy at least a couple of wheels. On top of that, I had the opportunity to try the passatelli with truffle (on my second visit), which, honestly, was the best dish I had during my entire stay. What can I say, it will be a must-try on my travels from now on!

I stayed one night with my husband, and I have to say that the double room is truly tiny. The ensuite bathroom is not only tiny but also cold, and we were disappointed. The staff is welcoming, and the food is good and reasonably priced, but especially if you're coming in the winter to ski, the space in the room and the tiny bathroom isn't enough to dry gloves or other wet items overnight. The fan is also extremely loud. The location is quiet, but about 25-30 minutes from Passo del Lupo and Lago della Ninfa. Furthermore, there's really nothing to do nearby since it's outside of town. That said, perhaps the price for such a small double room is excessive.

The Roman Inn is an inn in every sense of the word. The rooms are minimal and very small, and everything is very simple. But I wouldn't change a thing, not even for a 5-star hotel. This place is like home. It's a wonderful place, where the super women who run it are amazing. Their cuisine is superb, and their kindness is hard to find. I loved this place, and I'll be back very soon! Places like this deserve to be preserved. Thank you for everything.

Hi, we happened upon this inn by chance and despite the time of 3pm, we were welcomed with extreme kindness and when we asked to eat something we were offered freshly made tortelli... definitely wonderful, I highly recommend this place, thank you!!!!!!

I stayed here for one night. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were clean. For dinner, I had a very good pizza. Excellent value for money.

The best crescentine I've ever eaten! The smell of the dough is intoxicating. Everything else is delicious, and you can definitely tell they're homemade, from the gnocco and crescentine to the pasta dishes.

Was a cozy place,felt like home and good food too .
