The house antipasti are excellent! The pastas are fresh and I recommend the carbonara ones which are very good! The ingredients of the pizza vegetables are very good and the dough is thin

Stunning location immersed in the greenery of wonderful Umbria.
My husband and I had lunch in this place by the pond full of fish.
Exceptional food. Well cooked dishes and generous portions. All prepared at home and at the moment.
Friendly and helpful manager and employees.
An experience absolutely worth repeating.
I recommend travelers to stop in Scheggino, in this fairytale village and to eat at La Locanda Di Valcasana.

Siamo finiti per caso in questa trattoria d'altri tempi a Scheggino, dalla genuinità indiscussa e dai gusti autentici. Buonissimi gli arrosticini e l'agnello scottadito, squisita la pasta (strighetto?) con la trota e la trota arrosto, gustosissima. Il pesce di fiume è stata una vera rivelazione. Prezzi onesti e servizio veloce.
