If I could I would give much more than 5 stars!!! Everything was delicious! The breaded and fried cheese is something illegal as good as it is!!!! Kind staff and super fast. A must if you pass by Grosio.

After booking by phone with Mrs. Giovanna, who I immediately liked, today I had lunch with other friends and I'll tell you right away: I arrive and give a bouquet of flowers picked in the country lanes during the walk to the Grosio Castle to thank her for the kindness and I receive a big kiss from the Lady. Then, everything we ate was delicious and abundant... a lot. Quiet place in the center of the main street of the town. And in the end I gave the staff and the very nice Mrs. Giovanna, a little art of my... magic. 😘👏👏

Very friendly staff and fast service. They offer à la carte menus or three types of complete menus from starters to desserts and coffee. The servings are very generous. Deer is also prepared, both as a first and second course. It is advisable to book because the room is not very large.

Today with my wife and friends, after the visit to Nicola di Cesare's rock garden in Grosio in Valtellina, lunch at the Locanda da Giovanna where, kindly served by the ladies Dona and Eliana, we tasted their typical menu. All good and plentiful. I'm full as an egg. Congratulations and recommended for those who love good food.

30/06/2025: Everything was perfect. Lunch for two on the beautiful panoramic terrace. Farmhouse with genuine and tasty local and regional products. Delicate and tasty blueberry risotto. The owner, her husband and the waitress are very kind people. An experience to definitely try again

27/05/2025: I was yesterday, May 26 2025, with an American girl A.U. to taste the Valtellina specialties of this pleasant agriturismo. The room was crowded because it was time for business lunches but they kindly accommodated us in the VIP room. The environment is surrounded by greenery. The sciatt were particularly appreciated, generous portions of all the dishes.
24/05/2025: Very welcoming place, super friendly staff and really good food, worth it!!
