The location is a tribute to authentic Puglia, with wicker baskets, olive and fig trees everywhere, surrounded by the tranquil countryside yet with the sea clearly visible in the distance. A good selection of wines, and I really thought the idea of ​​offering a mixed menu of meat and fish was excellent, highlighting the variety of Puglian cuisine. A truly satisfying experience, not only for the palate but also for the emotional warmth of the landscape. A little pricey, perhaps, in my opinion. But that's all there is to it.

The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the food: The red snapper was perfectly prepared – crispy on the outside, tender and full of flavor on the inside. Every bite was a delight, accompanied by an excellent local wine, which is recommended at €20. You can tell the passion that goes into the cooking here. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything is just right – authentic, fresh, and with attention to detail. A place where you feel completely at home and one you'll be reluctant to leave.
