Ambiente moderno ma con un fascino antico. Ottimo il servizio garantito da uno dei giovani proprietari. Infatti il segreto è la gestione familiare, con l'ottima cucina di mammà. Buoni gli antipasti del territorio, la pasta mai banale, e le carni. Buon rapporto prezzo qualità.

Nonostante ci troviamo in alta irpinia , in questo piccolo ristorantino è possibile mangiare pietanze a base di pesce ben preparate e servite con gentilezza direttamente dal proprietario. I prezzi sono medio/alti

13/05/2025: The restaurant “da Rosa” in Nusco (AV) is a historic place in upper Irpinia, and for more than forty years it has been cheering up its customers’ meals. The atmosphere is homely, in 1980s style, with a large internal room and several outdoor tables in the warm season. You can choose a fixed menu or order à la carte. The highlight of the cuisine, in my opinion, are the first courses, of which you can taste six options thanks to the fixed menu – ravioli, scialatielli, orecchiette, maccaronara, fusilli. The large fork of grilled meat, served on a bed of potatoes and other vegetables, is very scenic.
30/03/2025: The cuisine of "Rosa" in Nusco is now a certainty of Irpinian gastronomy: the food is plentiful and home-made. The place is simple if not Spartan, the service is impeccable and the surrounding natural environment is pleasant. In addition to the à la carte order, it is possible to choose a fixed menu that offers the tasting of six first courses and a large portion of mixed meats full of side dishes. Worth mentioning is the maccaronara among the first courses and the lamb among the second courses.
