We'd been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, with high expectations that were fully met. For starters, we ordered wagyu beef carpaccio with porcini mushrooms, brisa carpaccio with limoncello mayonnaise, and bruschetta with meatballs in tomato sauce. All delicious, and the carpaccios exceeded expectations.
For the main course, we ordered two sirloin steaks, one Piedmontese Fassona and one Prussian (per the owner's recommendation), about 800 grams of meat (keep in mind that sirloin steaks require at least 400 grams). They were also delicious. The side dish of broccoli and porcini mushrooms was truly remarkable. We paired everything with Barbera wine. We finished with two desserts (tiramisu and cheesecake), which were good but average compared to the rest of the menu.
The service was very courteous and helpful.
Total price was €160, a substantial amount but still consistent with the quality and sophistication.

I had a stone-grilled beef steak, simply exceptional! The meat was perfect, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Impeccable service, friendly staff, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. An experience worth repeating, highly recommended.

As for the meat, there is nothing for anyone, it's truly fantastic, a vast choice and all delicious, not to mention the first courses which are stellar, including the appetizers and desserts, the owner and waiter are super professional, a restaurant that deserves 💯 and praise, keep it up 😉

Probably the best in the area.
A truly exceptional selection of meats, impeccably presented not only in lava stone cuts but also as carpaccio and tartare.
Excellent porcini mushrooms are always available, and despite this specialty, the first courses are excellent.

Nonostante fossimo le uniche 2 persone presenti in sala (martedì sera), è stato tutto molto sorprendente.
Servizio impeccabile.
Tagli di carne spiegati alla perfezione.
Suggerimenti perfetti.
La carne aveva, a gusto personale, un taglio perfetto: si scioglieva in bocca (allego foto).
Abbiamo preso 2 bruschette, porcini e gambuccio di Parma, entrambi molto buoni.
A seguire, Manza della Lituania e Manzetta Prussiana, niente da dire, voto 10!
Tappa assolutamente da provare se di passaggio ad Anzio.
