I only now realize that I have never reviewed Simone's place.... perhaps because you feel so comfortable there that it's as if you feel at home. Very well-kept place, amazing wine cellar and raw materials of unquestionable quality. Each dish or glass is carefully explained to you and recommended with the right wine. The passion that Simone has for wines is passed on to the diners and makes you appreciate everything even better. The staff is always courteous and prepared, always available and attentive. The lord of Porcini mushrooms is here, when they are found they are always fresh and prepared in various ways. The meats, the jewel in the crown, are brought to the table with the stone to finish cooking to your liking, combined with particular salts and oils. My daughter doesn't like to eat meat, ... when she feels like it she tells me to call Simone and he'll take care of it.... and here she can even eat tartare.. The delicious desserts. Prices, for the quality offered and the service, excellent. I highly recommend the prive', for a special evening.

Conosciamo Simone, sommelier professionista, ormai da diversi anni. Il suo locale è cambiato nel tempo ed è diventato unico nel suo genere e caratteristico per la cucina di carne e del territorio. Tipici i funghi: porcini ed ovoli buoni. Ricchi taglieri e bruschette assortite per gli antipasti. Primi locali. Secondi con un ampia scelta di varietà di carni accompagnata da contorni semplici, ma di ottima fattura. Meritano i dolci curati da Domenico. We went to the inn today returning from a walk by the sea in Nettuno. We were looking for a different place than usual in the area and my husband and I actually found an excellent welcome, high quality products and attention to detail! What can I say, the meat and the porcini mushrooms are super. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Not to be overlooked is the welcome of our four-legged friends, my baby refreshed with water and well received

I went there on Friday for the first time. Just one SUBLIME adjective. Very beautiful location and away from the confusion, staff, friendly, polite and very prepared. Service at the right times between one course and another. Excellent quality food, a pleasure for the palate. No defects, everything was perfect. Una certezza che secondo me conoscono ancora in pochi, soprattutto nelle zone limitrofe Ci hanno sempre mangiato i miei e continuiamo ad andarci tutti volentieri e a consigliarlo agli amici Scelta della materia prima molto accurata e in particolare la lavorazione della carne è molto consapevole, viene valorizzata al massimo Consiglio in particolare la cottura su pietra, particolarissima da trovare

Ormai è deciso,la carne,qui, la mangerò solo da Simone all' Orso Rosa. Qualità eccellente, palato appagato,servizio attento. Non si può chiedere di più
