We went on August 15th. The meat was amazing, the service impeccable. Everything was really good. Congratulations!

Probably the best in the area. A truly exceptional selection of meats, impeccably presented not only in lava stone cuts but also as carpaccio and tartare. Excellent porcini mushrooms are always available, and despite this specialty, the first courses are excellent.

Truly excellent restaurant: quality ingredients, attentive and courteous service. Special mention goes to the Wagyu carpaccio with porcini mushrooms and the roasted peppers, so tender and rich in flavor (I had seconds). The porcini fettuccine was good overall, thanks largely to the excellent quality of the mushrooms (one of the owners told us they bring them in year-round from various areas), although I personally would have preferred a creamier pasta. Finally, don't miss the tiramisu with Marsala egg liqueur, unique and refined: it didn't overpower the other flavors, but rather enhanced them. Highly recommended if you're near Lavinio-Anzio.

The sublime cuisine and rustic setting make dinner a true experience. The flavors of the dishes are meticulously balanced, the ingredients are authentic, and the service is prompt, orderly, and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxed and very refined. Highly recommended for any occasion. Kudos to the entire staff!! If you're in the area, you absolutely must try it!

Excellent experience at Orso Rosa. Simple dishes made with refined, above-average quality ingredients. We've had the pleasure of trying this restaurant on several occasions, and it didn't disappoint. The service is very well organized, and the staff are very friendly and professional. Well done! It deserves to be always packed, especially considering the affordable prices.

Nonostante fossimo le uniche 2 persone presenti in sala (martedì sera), è stato tutto molto sorprendente. Servizio impeccabile. Tagli di carne spiegati alla perfezione. Suggerimenti perfetti. La carne aveva, a gusto personale, un taglio perfetto: si scioglieva in bocca (allego foto). Abbiamo preso 2 bruschette, porcini e gambuccio di Parma, entrambi molto buoni. A seguire, Manza della Lituania e Manzetta Prussiana, niente da dire, voto 10! Tappa assolutamente da provare se di passaggio ad Anzio.

It is a restaurant with a wide selection of fine meats from all over the world, very tasty and served with care. The price is proportionate to the quality of the meat, wide choice of wines.

I only now realize that I have never reviewed Simone's place.... perhaps because you feel so comfortable there that it's as if you feel at home. Very well-kept place, amazing wine cellar and raw materials of unquestionable quality. Each dish or glass is carefully explained to you and recommended with the right wine. The passion that Simone has for wines is passed on to the diners and makes you appreciate everything even better. The staff is always courteous and prepared, always available and attentive. The lord of Porcini mushrooms is here, when they are found they are always fresh and prepared in various ways. The meats, the jewel in the crown, are brought to the table with the stone to finish cooking to your liking, combined with particular salts and oils. My daughter doesn't like to eat meat, ... when she feels like it she tells me to call Simone and he'll take care of it.... and here she can even eat tartare.. The delicious desserts. Prices, for the quality offered and the service, excellent. I highly recommend the prive', for a special evening.

Una certezza che secondo me conoscono ancora in pochi, soprattutto nelle zone limitrofe Ci hanno sempre mangiato i miei e continuiamo ad andarci tutti volentieri e a consigliarlo agli amici Scelta della materia prima molto accurata e in particolare la lavorazione della carne è molto consapevole, viene valorizzata al massimo Consiglio in particolare la cottura su pietra, particolarissima da trovare
