Esperienza bellissima! Prodotti di qualità preparati con professionalità, amore e fantasia. Location storica importante ed incantevole. Vale una visita e lascia a bocca aperta! Bellissima sala calda ed arredata con gusto dove l’antico è conservato e valorizzato. Accoglienza deliziosa, chef gestore professionale e brillante oltre che gentilissimo. Un vero piacere! Este es un restaurante encantador en un entorno hermoso. La calidad de la comida es excelente y el personal, amable y servicial. Su ‘panzanella’ (ensalada de pan toscana) es excelente y su ‘zuppa inglese’ es encantador, ¡al igual que una nimiedad inglesa! El tamaño de la porción de algunos platos podría ser un poco más grande. Hay un corto trayecto en coche a través de un bosque desde la señalización de la carretera principal al restaurante y la zona de aparcamiento podría ser mejor, ya que no estaba muy claro a dónde ir o aparcar.

Very nice and welcoming location. Simple and very good dishes; We really liked the pici with ragù. Friendly and very helpful staff! Fair price. Advised!

Excellent - from the food to the ambience to the service! It's definitely worth a visit and we would come again and again. Note: there are hardly any vegetarian options and you should consider the mosquitoes in the evening - but that doesn't make the experience any less nice ☺️

Now hands down. Anyone who has something to complain about here can no longer be helped. Here you can get fine Italian cuisine at fair prices. Very nice, romantic atmosphere. Very courteous service. Excellent food from starters to dessert. Very good wine. Overall, not just a dinner but an experience. I recommend taking mosquito spray with you, after all you are in nature ;)

I didn't know the existence of this restaurant and it was a pleasant surprise. Every time I eat very well in a characteristic and peaceful environment. I think it is seriously one of the best solutions in the Chiusi area

03/02/2025: Tonight with friends. Ate excellent fish. I recommend it.
04/01/2025: Spectacular Sunday lunch trip out of town. Well done and congratulations to chef Cristian and family. We ate everything based on raw and cooked fish, sensational Stellar cuisine with modest prices, Perfect. We will return to try the meat. Well done and keep going 👍 Update, the restaurant has changed management since July 2024 and so I can't tell you how the food is now. It's a shame that the old Familiare Civale management has closed. 😪

La Locanda di Vergelle

05/01/2025: Found by chance while wandering around Gravel along these fantastic white roads… Excellent aperitif at sunset with tasting of local cheeses and house wine. All immersed in the most extreme peace.
05/12/2024: Locale leggermente fuori mano rispetto alla strada principale, si raggiunge percorrendo un tratto di strada bianca senza problemi. Ha un parcheggio riservato e l'accesso al locale conta di pochi gradini da percorrere. Si presenta in ordine e pulito, sia la sala che i servizi igienici, ampi e comodamente raggiungibili. Il menù è abbastanza vario e propone piatti toscani e sardi ( origine di parte della famiglia ). Portate corrette, sapori gustosi ma senza quel quid che te li fa ricordare. Degno di nota e particolarmente interessante il pecorino di loro produzione, sia la versione fresca che a media stagionatura con la crosta rossa. In conclusione una buona cena, nulla sullo stomaco nella notte, ad un prezzo onesto.
