A refined and distinctive restaurant nestled in the Tuscan countryside within the ancient Grand Ducal stables in Dolciano, just minutes from Chiusi. We had a Michelin-level experience at this beautiful, unique restaurant tucked away in a converted horse stable outside Chiusi. Easily the best meal of our trip. Hope we have the occasion to come back. Thank you Chef Walter and team!

This is truly a hidden gem. Tucked behind the grand villa of the Dolciano estate you will find this restaurant in the old horse stables. The setting is already very charming but the food and wine are genuinely incredible. The menu is authentic tuscan and we could really tell the selection of ingredients was top notch. My parents live in the area and they agree this is one of the best restaurants around.

We only had takeout. It was good. The place is charming, located in the old stables of a village.

A wonderful experience, so much so that we returned the next evening... excellent food, courteous service, and truly top-notch fair prices!
