I'm a bit biased but start with rich and hot appetizers with traditional air-dried cured meats, move on to the typical first courses Cannazze, Cingul (homemade cavatelli) and ravioli rigorously seasoned with a "pulled" ragù based on puree tomato made in Calitri, Vraciole (beef rolls) and abundant grated cheeses, and continue with other second courses all of local origin, meats, cheeses, etc. , and finish with some delicious homemade desserts, I'd say it's the best!!

we stumbled upon this splendid restaurant in the historic center of Calitri by chance, on a very hot August day and we were lucky to find a seat without having booked! We were immediately struck by the very suggestive location, this well-kept cave but also the view from the tables under the portico wasn't bad at all! We also ate well, tasting all strictly local foods, spending the right amount in my opinion.

17/11/2024: La gentilezza, cortesia, attenzione e preparazione del personale sono solo alcuni dei pregi di questo locale. Aggiungete poi un locale pulito, curato e finemente arredato e siete quasi al top. Infine, le pietanze sono gustose e eccellenti e quindi avrete trovato un locale al top. Veramente i piatti sono preparati cin maestria e sono ottimi, con gusto delicato e ottimo abbinamento di sapori, gusti e colori. Buona la carta dei vini e ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Complimenti
21/07/2024: Tutto buonissimo! Ci sono stata a pranzo! Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, piatti particolari e di ottima qualità. L’unica cosa da rivedere sono i salumi, a mio parere poca attenzione a quelli. Del resto tutto ottimo.

03/11/2024: We were welcomed by the owners with a beautiful and delicious dinner all at km 0, the owners are lovely people who made us feel at home, the rooms were large, spacious and clean, bathroom with all the comforts, breakfast always at km 0 all made by the owner and everything was really excellent, we will be back as soon as possible!
22/08/2024: I stayed at this farmhouse for a few days and I can say that the owners are very kind. The rooms are clean with the necessary comforts including air conditioning which was absolutely necessary. A special thank you to Franca and her husband for the welcome and the gifts they gave us when we set off again.
