I'm a bit biased but start with rich and hot appetizers with traditional air-dried cured meats, move on to the typical first courses Cannazze, Cingul (homemade cavatelli) and ravioli rigorously seasoned with a "pulled" ragù based on puree tomato made in Calitri, Vraciole (beef rolls) and abundant grated cheeses, and continue with other second courses all of local origin, meats, cheeses, etc. , and finish with some delicious homemade desserts, I'd say it's the best!!

we stumbled upon this splendid restaurant in the historic center of Calitri by chance, on a very hot August day and we were lucky to find a seat without having booked! We were immediately struck by the very suggestive location, this well-kept cave but also the view from the tables under the portico wasn't bad at all! We also ate well, tasting all strictly local foods, spending the right amount in my opinion.

16/12/2024: We ate well and the place is very quiet and easy-going, good value for money and I would like to dispel some of the reviews that have complained for not letting dogs in, I have a little dog and it was explained to me why so there was a problem, that's all, the owner was very kind, nice and never intrusive I recommend it
