La Locanda della Mandria In Venaria reale

Very pleasant place, with large and very bright spaces, inside a farmhouse in the palace park. The fixed menu was of good quality, but the portions, even compared to the price, are small. The appetizer was good, while the roast, in addition to being small, served as a single slice with half a boiled potato, was not very tender and too dry.

As for where the Locanda is located, there is nothing to say, in a wonderful park, then let's move on, you have dishes that are standard, kind, professional staff, always available to the customer, in fact they do their part, but as regards the waiting time between one course and another, it needs to be improved considerably.

My subjective evaluation mainly takes into account the quality-price ratio at an event (Communion). The Locanda della Mandria is located within the La Mandria Park, offering the possibility of enjoying a context immersed in nature, with large outdoor spaces. However, on days of full sun, the structure is also stormed by passing visitors, generating a bit of chaos in the combined management of events and bar service. The food is of medium-high quality: the starters and first courses are excellent, and in general the entire menu offered was up to par, with an advantageous cost compared to the average of other similar locations. The attention given to the children was also greatly appreciated, to whom the meal was served very quickly, helping to make the service more fluid and serene. As for us adults, the service was a little slower...maybe too much! but since it was a festive day for us, we took advantage of the time to be in the company of friends and family. The final bill was really excellent, with a further positive note: a significant discount was applied for children, paying only a quarter of the price.

If you are at La Mandria, this place is absolutely recommended! Possible to choose between various fixed menus: we chose the 40 euro one with an appetizer (consisting of 4 mini appetizers), a first course, a second course, dessert, wine and water (at will) and coffee. Delicious starters: very tender and tasty meats. Amazing parmesan flan, which goes perfectly with the apple. First greedy. Second classic but effective. Well cooked potato, tender meat and tasty sauce. Bonet doing his duty. The quality, quantity and price ratio is absolutely on your side. You leave full, satisfied, and paying a total of 40 euros which is absolutely worth the service. Well done!

Inside the park this place, well integrated with the environment, offers a good level of service for a lunch. Two fixed menus, but not à la carte. Excellent for visiting the Castle, easily reachable on foot. Free parking but subject to reservation. Otherwise there is free parking at the entrance to the park and can then be easily reached on foot.

Dopo camminata salutare nel parco ( 9 km) pranzo gradevole, curato, in locale ben organizzato,con sala ent molto luminosa e personale molto gentile .
