01/01/2025: We chose the Osteria Ristorante L'oro dei Contadini in Assisi for the New Year's Eve dinner on 31 December 2024, and it was a simply perfect decision. The welcome was warm, thanks to Elena's kindness and availability, which made the evening even more pleasant. We felt pampered and almost like family. A great strong point was the attention paid to our dogs, welcomed with great care and love. It's not easy to find restaurants that offer such special treatment even to four-legged friends, and this one really impressed us. As for the food, what can I say? Simply fantastic. Each course was an experience for the palate: quality ingredients, preparations with attention to the smallest details and impeccable presentation. All accompanied by attentive and always smiling service. The quality-price ratio was excellent, an added value that left us fully satisfied. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and genuine, perfect for spending a special evening. We highly recommend this osteria to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable dining experience in Assisi.
