Excellent restaurant. I only removed one star because the average price on Google was €30-40. For two, including a first course, second course, side dish, dessert, and a glass of wine, we paid €55 each. With an appetizer and a bottle of wine, we would have spent an average of €25-30 more per person. I prefer to be precise. But it's a restaurant both for its location and for the truly excellent food. We tried the fettuccine with wild boar, which was never so good, a unique flavor that was both bold and delicate. The wild boar stew was worthy of a Michelin-starred chef. Everything was perfect from the first course to the last. All of this was surrounded by the soft, warm, welcoming, and very elegant decor.

On vacation in Umbria, we had dinner at this restaurant. Everything was perfect: a very elegant and welcoming atmosphere, a varied menu for all tastes, and kind and professional staff.

A beautiful place! Almost unexpected! Found by chance, but in this case, a lucky one! A pleasant welcome, a menu with a choice of typical dishes from different Italian regions, cooked to perfection! And what about the place? Everything is tasteful! From the walls to the furnishings, from the dining room to the service areas! Definitely worth a try!

Il locale (lo conoscevamo già da anni) è davvero stupendo, vale la pena anche solo per la sua bellezza... ma abbiamo anche mangiato divinamente e passato una bella serata anche grazie al personale, davvero simpatico oltre che professionale e attento. Le pinse romane sono ottime e leggerissime, gli antipasti variegati e sfiziosi, la carne davvero buona. Buona la cantina. Torneremo senz'altro.

15/09/2024: Il mare ed i suoi sapori in Valnerina. Papigno, una piazzetta e all'improvviso trovi una ristorazione a base di pesce che ti stupisce! Antipasto squisito ed abbondante per due, frittura leggerissima, involtino di tonno con panatura di pistacchio ed infine una grigliata di pesce eccezionale. Ottima la carta dei vini con piccole chicche che si sono rivelate una scoperta. Complimenti allo Chef Giulio. Torneremo!
